So far my favorite parts of re:mind are the playable characters, explorable Scala, the Guardians of Light vs Xehanort and the Story adding more to the original plot making it feel more complete.

oh you mean like a track for a specific scene

something that is designed around the scene itself

i'd rather a rearrange of a theme that suits the rythme of a scene than jsut putting the song and it cuts randomly at the end

You mean scored cutscenes?

Like the Woody burn against YX

The music went with the scene

I definitely prefer that

Even if it somehow feels empty for a while because of it

Scored cutscenes are lowkey better, means that the moments can be better accentuated by having the different melodies specifically made for them

Makes the scene so much more rememberable

Oh, it's definitely cheesy

But I think it works

> Makes the scene so much more rememberable
Well, I don't know about that seasalt_shinji

And quite a few KH3 scenes did for me

yeah those moments were cool with little bits of music chiming in at different times, but yeah its it corny

Yeah, that was somewhat disappointing

> Well, I don't know about that seasalt_shinji
Okay, makes the scene so much more rememberable for me*

Not using old themes, more using them as is without any remixing

> Okay, makes the scene so much more rememberable for me*
As much as I joke about KH3 cutscenes being on the more forgettable end of the spectrum, I can't help but feel that's on me.

So I'd agree with you there, Otti

remember you still have limit cut and secret episode

they will likely greatly improve your verdict on re:mind, but i dont want to put words in your mouth

i did the math though the re:mind scenario has aproximatley 1:55 minutes of cutscenes, with 42 of those minutes being exactly the same

that is hands down the biggest problem with this dlc though

> The only people who would miss it don't matter in the first place
Goddamn

Yeah, I am gonna need you to back off a bit with that. You can dislike what you want of KH3 and Remind, but don't put other people down for liking it.

I had no idea there was an interview of that sort Moon

There is

Or rather where he says that the ending didn't come out as he liked, but he had to make a compromise

kh13 site used to have a Archive of all the interviews I don't know if they still have that

I mean, I know that one

I think that's what Moon is referring to

But Moon mentioned an interview where Nomura describes an alternative ending which ended up being Remind

Which goes further than what I remember reading in that interview

Nah, I think Moon means the one you mentioned

Alright then

hadesthink

I should look for it later then
