Nah you make a good point. I think the majority of people are done with the last saga and it’s antagonists and wanna move on to something new.

I've said this before but I'll be fine with Xehanort showing up if only so we see he's at peace or something and he chooses to stay in Quadradum.

Nomura is confusing though. He considers dark road to be part of saga 2, yet dark road is literally still part of the xehanort saga
Though to be fair, there’s some overlap.

Yeah, so, originally I thought, I* *thought he said Re¤Mind was the start of Phase 2, and that Dark Road, like you said, and Missing-Link were part of phase 2

But nope, phase 2 is just Melody, (pretty sure?) Dark Road and 4 for now, and I guess Chi is (always was...?) it's own thing.

I think they'll do 3 numbered games per arc, imo. They've set e everything up now they can only move forward!

I think 4 is going to be a massive game but I hope they don't tack most lore at the very end in a massive info dump like they did with 3. If they paced it out between the chapters it would have flown smoother imo.
