  • Keep in mind that right now, everybody is working from home right now in Japan, so ot has a decent chance of being delayed

  • imagine all the microtransactions and delayed story updates ?

alas, i used my quest keys doing that exact thing xD

what are the odds of khdr having a crack or a trainer or anything? since its a single player game the only person im cheating is myself, which im fine with bc i just want to see the story in the app

You'd have to wait for the offline version cause this game requires you to be connected all the time

i thought offline version came at the end of march

or is it end of april?

oh am i thinking of uxz

it's the same app, game won't work anymore, end of april for JP, end of may for Global

Then they rerelease it offline around september

if theres one thing i regret, its sorta ragequitting khux around like 2016

i got a new phone, and tried to transfer my purchases and stuff, and ended up losing everything lol

ended up not comingback until now out of spite lmao

from what i understand we are kinda all going to lose our progress once we change phone, there won't be any online sync available anymore

unless there is a way to access some kind of save file and copy it

There is the Save Data Backup for viewing our profile crap.

yeah but only up until the online service shutdown

then it'll be saved in the app itself on your device

not sure anyone is going to play this game offline anyway...

Unlike KHUx, DR is supposed to be playable as well. We'll at least have access to viewing the cutscenes w/ different party mates.

But once you play a [DR] quest, you can't replay it.

So you just play it once, then never again.

yeah, offline app will be idle farming for BP, that you use to buy cards to advance story, but what's the point if story is unlocked in theater already...

without tower or event DR has 0 gameplay, and without new story there is no goal

you just idle grind for no reason

I'd think we'd have to play through the quests to unlock the story in the theater.

but who knows

I thought the offline version was going to make not only viewable chapters, but playable chapters.

I guess it's for people that want to kill X amount of an exclusive Heartless or have some challenge.

I meant DR would be playable.

I already know that the story for KHUx will be view-only.

honestly, I think I would enjoy actually playing through KHuX's story mode, but without the Shop and Friend Medals and whatnot

it probably wouldn't be as satisfying

Lux is only useful as an online game thing, it gives levels sure but still

BP serves that purpose for this thing, except we can use it to get keys.

Apparently, it'll be used for more things in the shop since the way of jewels will be gone and we likely won't be getting card draw tickets.

There might not be much added to what we already have there now anyway.

Wait, isn't Dark Roads coming to a close come May 31st?  So, wouldn't BP be pointless?

The offline version is set to use BP for the shop (as well as leveling, which it already does) when it gets the update in September.

in case you want to rewatch what we already have
