In a Ideal World I would want Part II to end at Nibelheim with Vincent as a guest member for the final couple of chapters and then he'll be playable in part 3

so like how Red XIII was handled in Part I

Unless they really want to rearrange things he has to come last

But that's assuming they're not going to add any new characters that we don't expect

if they do what they did here, i can't imagine they would

but i can't imagine how hard it must be to think of old content vs new content to put into this package over with the trio

they did a great job with balance in this one for just midgar but once they have the full world.. oh boy

I imagine we can switch party members and everybody's probably going to be traveling together to make up for cutscenes they can use the excuse of we can't fight in battle all at once so it should only be three of us at a time because will trip over each other or something

or they could just go with the Tales route/ classic JRPG route and just not mention it

and with some classics each cutscene has dialogue given the party you have.

So you dont feel like you're missing out on much by having party A vs party B

now that i look at it, most of the big staff is 50+

Toriyama has also worked for almost 30 years now, so doesn't surprise me he said that

Yeah it makes sense tbh. I’m glad they were willing to do the remake at all. Not many remakes have a lot of the original creators working on it. ?
