FINALLY DID IT ON PROUD

How many times have you guys played the demo? I've been at it nearly all day. Can only get a C in Wave of Darkness 1.

Played it a bunch, got A+++ on everything except 3 Proud levels

Triple A plus? I'm so jealous. Has anyone else had input lag? I get it in my PS4 demo. It's especially lagging when gliding.

You can adjust that in the settings I think

Why is input lag a damn setting

Some TVs and monitors has that issue

It's helpful for a setting like this in a rhythm game

It's not so much input lag, it's the offset

you have to have it just in case your system is slow or the tv is slow

i.e the notes and the music are desynced

each tv and game console is different in that regard so you gotta play with it
but you should never really go too far low or too high

+/- 3 is a good range

also play with headphones if you can people, it'll help with keeping the beats

I found out that my issue wasn't input lag

I just sucked at the game

so an example is that the music plays normally but the notes are lagged behind

so you would have to change the offset so a + number so that the notes register earlier and more in line with the music

and yeah i feel that otti, that and the input buffer lock

which is very not good

okay there is something I can't stand about the game

is the sound effects from attacks getting in the way of the song

I think you can turn that off in settings

yeah im thinking if I did play it i might turn off the sound effects

also it took us getting a rhythm game to get a full audio slider for kh

They will forget about it in the next game

so what i always do is max out the music, and turn down the sound effects by at least 20%

you can but you need to have a good receiver with ~0.1 ms latency

but yeah wired is always 100% best
