no that's too harsh in this case. just give them a fine that really hurts but in case of JP they won't fine you a high number for not moderating a blog and not deleting doxxing attempts in the comment section of your blog

if jp law enforcement wouldn't have kept him under arrest for the maximum of time they can do he wouldn't have gotten any punishment for harassing people in actual real life
