1k for a steam machine????
Nah man ima pass
You can get a better pc for that price even with the increase
Digital Foundry got their hands on the Steam Machine
for that price you can literally just build a PC
good lord
can you ? i'm curious
Yeah tbh
Theres bundles that can help out on prices
i feel like just the gpu cpu and ram is already 1k minimum
so they sell like pack of these together for better price than solo ?
Pretty sure you can build a better one but not one in that size tho
That's the only factor I can see where it maybe be worth it and that's a giant maybe
Apparently this is weaker than a ps5/series x so that's really rough
man hardware has become so expensive because of the AI bs -.- I don't think Valve intended the machine to be so expensive
ya even with the price increase of PS5 its straight up just the better offer even with the Pro version too If Valve didnt put in marketing for 4k 60 it wouldve soften the blow in terms of expectations
