Eh, I don't think Charles Martinet would do as well with a full-scale movie, personally.

He's done fully voiced Mario stuff before and it sounded fine

He's used to small voice clips as the Mario characters, and gibberish.

Yeah I couldn't have sworn he said he was like, idk, "working on the Mario voice" Once or something

It was Pratt's voice but a pitch higher with a slight accent

Which was the bare minimum I expected and they still did it

I think that's better honestly

I actually kinda liked bowser's voice ngl

Cause if he went too over the top it would be too distracting and we would all roast it lol

With the Mario voice I mean

If Nintendo wasn't happy with Chris, they wouldn't have kept him on.

Bowser sounds great, I expected worse

also, felt like mario just got isekai'd

I think Jack Black just gets it a lot more than Chris does ya know
