even in Remake the NPC did not look good

They don't spend much time on them, just enough to be okay

you say even in remake as if any remake npc outside of the cutscene ones Iook good 💀

I am replaying it now after finishing CCR, it's about the same

And the lip flaps are so bad on them

i guess the ones in any cutscenes at all are a cut above CCR then cause I really dont remember any NPCs looking quite like that

though tbf CCR in general to me looks a little off in general so maybe thats why

like there's just something different

i know they tried to stick to the original a lot but also used 7R assets so maybe that clashes a little bit in my eyes idk

everything is just so bright

It goes a bit over the top sometimes and makes it have a weird look

i guess to make it look shiny and new they overcompensated on lighting

it aIso does a reeeaaaIIy bad job with non-focus Iights

and/or to cover up some cut corners LMAO

like some scenes and areas look incredible and then others just feel strange

It's definitely a step above most remasters and doesn't even look bad for the most part, just weird
