FFXVI hardmode has apparently more gear upgrades, new gear, more talents in the talent trees and new encounters. Just why can't this be my first time experience... I already hated that shit so much in 7R where they lock hardmode behind a first clear...

SE needs to stop protecting overconfident casuals who choose hardmode and then realize that it's hard

I get that they have to design a game for an audience that already thought hell house in 7R is an unfair fight and that XVI plays like Elden Ring but I hate how they neglect harcore action fans

The franchise isn't really known for that outside of a couple of characters but alright

it's just crazy that atlus gets overwhelming positive feedback regarding characters like Adachi, Sae, Maruki or Zenkichi and never bothered to make a game with adults again after EP
