There's multiple ways.

First one is that they go with this timeline change shit and make something completely new.

Second one is they make same as original with some changes to the story.

Third one is they make same as original with some changes to the story that won't matter in the end because we will fix the timeline, which would be lame as firetruck due to no consequences.

Last one is it was just all a dream uwu

6th one, Zack is just in the lifestream and the game still follows the original games plot
