I tried thinking that way for FF7R on PS5 and I just

I stiII haven't pIayed intergrade because turns out 7R is a pain to repIay through without any NG+ features

ie, chapter skipping because I am not going through puIIing 30 Ievers in a mako reactor again

Intergrade is separate tho?

Like you just pick it from the main menu

It's a lot more fun when you have all the kits for NG+

I was able to finally use the ultima weapon cause I killed enemies to fast since they were still in the 70's but now everything is 98

I used a lower atk sword instead

That feels narrow minded

At least a multiplayer game would likely have regular updates and a community of sorts. This one gets a big bug fix and dlc and suddenly it's "ongoing"

I mean considering that every patch added new content plus bug fixes, I think that counts as ongoing

I think we can all agree that it should have been there from the beginning but that's an executive thing and not a dev thing I feel like

ongoing is something i feel only live service games like MMOs or online games like NMS should qualify for lol

like I'm glad cyberpunk got what it deserved, just like NMS turned itself around

but in this case i dont think it should have been in that category
