Looks like a mix of Sekiro and DMC. Sekiro for the aesthethic and parry system while the combat leans more into DMC.

Not rights but, they get the marquee branding basically- Sony has done it with a few titles too. In the PS3/360 days it was mostly for DLC but now it's whole games
