During the final Sakurai Presents for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Masahiro Sakurai revealed that the title's final DLC character is Sora from Kingdom Hearts!

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is the fifth instalment in the popular crossover fighting game series featuring various Nintendo and other third-party characters.

Previously, on Twitter, former Kingdom Hearts series executive producer Shinji Hashimoto expressed his interest in Sora joining the Super Smash Bros. series in a playable capacity, but he later deleted the tweet.

I play for mostly KH original stuff not Disney it's just something I gotta deal with

I don't like that we have people using his lack of Disney in Smash to support a Quadratum only game.

It's cool and all, but we have more ground to cover than just Quadratum's storyline.
