your phone tells the app what your location is, it's not hard to pinpoint that lol

Yeah even in the description before you download apps, it says that they use location

in this case they may have gotten an email with a link to download the app in their respective stores, but those stores are region locked so if you click on it you would be met with "this app is not available in your country"

you cant eveen use vpn on your phone to play a region locked game

i tried playing Octopath before it was released in the US by downloading the apk and getting past the store

the main menu still detects you're not in the right region

doesn't let you download the data

there's was a tweet about some dude that stole $250k from his grandma to buy stuff in an app and that's what the app was LOL

what if someone were to copy all the data onto pc, send you the file, then to upload to your phone already having everything

then u'd essentially have the data
