He sleeps off-screen, because it's not important to see Sora sleeping. The only times we see Sora sleep is at the begging of COM, and at the end of COM.

It wouldn't add anything to the story. There a lot of things we also don't see them doing like, brushing their teeth, taking a shower, making our necessities.. But there's really no point in having any of that in the game.
