When Xehanort stabs Braig with his Keyblade, this must be how Braig became a Nobody. But since Xigbar is number II in the organization, do you think that Xehanort was already in the form of Ansem or Xemnas when he did this (and if so, which one)? Or did he just make himself the Organization's number I even though he didn't become a Nobody first?

Also I wonder if he knocked Even and Ienzo out to stop them from seeing him stab Braig, or if they were knocked out because he had stabbed them first.

wow.. i never even thought of some of this.. so i personally think that thats how Braig became a nobody because he was a nobody after the events of BBS. so i would say yes.. some of this is a good theory about XEHANORT.

i was thinking the same thing. i think its definitely possible. but we wont know until we actually play the game. but i wouldnt be surprised if this is how it plays out.

After rewatching the trailer, it looks like they have darkness coming out of them. So I think that they have already been stabbed. Although aren't their bodies supposed to disappear like Sora and Xehanort's bodies did?

Because of this, I also think my theory about Xehanort already having stabbed himself is incorrect as well.

I thought they all became nobodies because of Xehanort's experiments with hearts, now it's because he remembered how to use the keyblade? By that logic, Xemnas should be able to use a keyblade. I thought I understood the story, but Nomura keeps surprising me.

I think the most interesting point is that they didn't fall to darkness by accident. Xehanort was the one who initiated this. So what's the point of turning them into heartless and nobodies? I doubt he would do this unless it served some sort of purpose. We may find out that everything that has happened till now was a part of some grande scheme of Xehanort's. Oh the series just gets juicier with each game x3

For all we know, this was an early thought. Plus, some things just don't add up. Let's wait before we make any judgements on it

I think that Xehanort stabbed everyone from the organization, that explains why Ienzo and Even are fading. I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, let me shed some light on this subject. Firstly, I saw the trailer and it's epic!!! Secondly, Xehanort is a badass bastard who must die!!! And thirdly, he will rot in a sad nasty place! Poor Braig, he got stabbed lol. Braig got toast! Crazy side of me aside, anyways, my logical side agrees with what everyone here says about the organization theory.

same thoughts here, i think braig was just brought back in the same manner that xehanort was. we saw his nobody defeated and chances are we slayed his heartless along the way as well. my thoughts are well be facing all 6 of the apprentices somewhere between kh3ds and kh3.

tutti frutti. One would think that after Braig had been stabbed he would have learned to think twice about helping MX/Terranort with whatever was planned for the deal that had been made between them. (I'm assuming since after losing an eye and being stabbed there must have been a pretty good deal to go through all that and still be loyal to someone) I kind of think that Terranort would have gotten his memories back after seeing that scene, and MX winning the body struggle with Terra. I kind of believe that the scene took place at some point after BBS since Xexion/Ienzo still appeared to be a kid, as opposed to being older as a nobody. But only when the game comes out that our questions will be answered.

Replying to the first post, I somehow have the impression that Xehanort erased the memories of the other five or something. Or maybe he didn't; which was why Vexen, Lexaeus & Zexion actually did plot to overthrow Xemnas in Chain of Memories. (Would you like to spend another few years with the guy who went berserk and stabbed you with a badass Keyblade?)

Firstly, in order to creat a Nobody, a strong willed heart must be transformed into Heartless. So seeing the scene with Xerhanort stabbing Braig could have most likely shown how that happened to Braig and how he became a Nobody.

 

Secondly, If you've noticed in the trailer, this was when he was gaining a few of his memories back and learned how to weild a keyblade again. This also could have indicated that this was most likely the part where Xehanort was going to send Ansem the Wise to the RoD and take his name.

not all the members plotted to overthrow Xemnas. The only people who attempted to do so with the help of Sora andn Namine was Marluxia and Larxene. Although Xemnas and Saiz grew suspicious of their motivations and sent Axel as a spy to see if their oplans were true. While Zexion and Lexaeus on the other hand was trying to stop Marluxia and larxene (as well as Axel since they thought he was in on it too) by using Riku as their pawn.

 

As for the numbers they all have. it's based on how his former self, Apprentice Xehanort knew them and how he worked with them.
