Alright, let's say we are all comedians and the random forum is where comedians go to perform. You have the big-shots here that have been here for a while, the crowd knows them and they enjoy watching or participating in their shenanigans. They have a crew of sub-performers here for his opening acts, and that’s where some of us come in. You, per say, are the new guy. You don't have that much material, but your mom said that your jokes are pretty funny. Since you have nowhere else to go and no real value to any of the other forums, you stick it out in here.

 

One night you go to stand up, tell some jokes, and are eventually thrown out. Why? Because you aren't as funny as you thought you were. You keep trying, but it's not going to well. You are convinced that the leads aren’t nearly as funny as you, and you make a tantrum, causing you to be thrown out once more.

 

Lets say, eventually you understand your suckiness as a comedian. You either leave, or try harder. If your committed, you try harder, and then you get more respect. The more respect you get, the closer you will get to the big-shots. Eventually, they will learn to respect you as well, as long as you try harder.

There shouldn't have to be though. Of course, noobs are essential to trolling, but eventually they learn, and we get new noobs. That’s why you need to calm yo tits because you aren't going to start a revolution here. Mind you, we're just kind of thinking out loud. There has been an increase, which is why we have turned on our alarms. All fandoms have noobs, but its our job to teach them to not be noobs, yes? This is the first step.

Just because you consider yourself funnier than everyone here, and you find that the more "nooby" members make terrible jokes and "ruin" things, it doesn't mean that they shouldn't be able to participate. How else are new members going to get involved and join in, and learn to be "funny" by your standards if you don't let them join in.

Random isn't some exclusive little club that you're the leader of. You have threads that you find funny, and you're allowed to make them. But just because the younger members make jokes that you think are dumb, doesn't mean they aren't allowed to post them. I'm sure they enjoy each other's jokes, and they should be able to enjoy this section too.

 

Another thing, I'm surprised you would reply to a reaction video with:

half of your posts in this forum are overused reaction images/gifs/whatever. But when you do it, it's okay, when someone else does it, it's "unfunny".

I like that you're trying to fix up the forum by making entertaining threads, and I agree with you.. members who complain "this joke is offensive" is not a good thing. But even worse is when people like you think you're better than everyone else, and most of all, when members insult other members (for being unfunny). This just creates bad feelings, and makes them feel intimidated and like they shouldn't get involved.. which yeah, it isn't good.
