I was was re playing Re: CoM and actually read it this time! o:

So, according to Marly, to re-new the cards, the 'Will of your heart' brings them back. [You know, when your fighting, your about to die and one more attack and you win then you have to hold X for a few seconds while Sora feels himself up and you die]

But- the Orgy members DO NOT HAVE HEARTS to 'will' their cards back! So doesn't that mean you should win right away? Or was Marly just lying to you? I seriously want to hear this, because if the entire time the Organization is like: Boo, we don't have hearts to feel. Then they go round and rape you on proud mode with their cards- which require you to HAVE A HEART.

Marluxia was lying. A lot of what the Organization said in COM was lies. They were trying to trick Sora. And they couldn't let on they didn't have hearts and that they were Nobodies. It's like how they said about Castle Oblivion messing with your memories, when really that was Naminé's handiwork.

Well, in Reverse/Rebirth, Riku doesn't have to reload cards at all. Obviously he has a heart. Marluxia could be lying, but I personally think it's just not canon. They needed a "reason" to reload cards for gameplay, so they put that idea together.

 

It's kind of like how many people (including myself) think Sora can duel wield without Donald and Goofy. I mean, if a cutscene starts and you're still in a form, Donald and Goofy are still present in the cutscene. They just needed it to cost something gameplay wise so it would be harder to use, and so you might not want to drive all the time.

Isn't the will its own seperate thing in KH? I don't think you need a heart o will something.

Besides, it could be that the Organization just has anther way of reloading.

Or maybe they all have hearts. That honestly would not surprise me in a game like KH.

yes if spirit is strong enough, nobody gets its own will, even when they dont have hearts.

They were just trying to confuse Sora
