I think this past week may have been the greatest week of my life.
Okay, let's start off with the retrieval of my 3DS. On November 23, whilst at the theaters to see The Muppets, I seemingly lost my 3DS. After days of agony and repeated callings to the theater where I lost it at, they finally informed me that they had my 3DS there, and I went and picked it up, So overjoyed.
Another recent ambition of mine was to get The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword bundle for Wii prior to Christmas. However, seeing as it was sold out at all the stores near my house, and unavailable online, with sellers distributing it for over 100 bucks, I thought it was impossible for me to achieve this feat. Then I came into contact with the godmother who lives in New York. I told her about my predicament and she told me that she'd look for it. Sometime later, she informed me that she HAD indeed found it, in New York City as a matter of fact. Yesterday on Thursday, the mail arrived in my house, and in a fancy package lay the game.
Today was the last day of school before Holiday Vacation, and as usual, school was filled with Christmas cheer. My classmates and I said our farewells as we left the building, not to return until January 2012. I got home and went on the 3DS eShop, to find that the 10 free Game Boy Advance games that those part of the Ambassador Program get had arrived! Zelda: The Minish Cap, F-Zero, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Kirby, Yoshi's Island/Super Mario Advance 3, and more, all for the price of nothing!
After playing these for awhile, I checked KH13 using the 3DS's internet browser, to find that KH3D's website had been updated to full-out awesomeness, and that the trailer for the game at Jump Festa would be 8 freakin' firetruckin' minutes long! http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.png
Before I could calm down from this, however, the door bell rang. I opened it to find a cluster of my teachers from school standing out my door in coats. They were all there - my P.E. teacher, my Social Studies, my Language Arts teacher, my Reading teacher... even a few others I didn't quite recognized, out in the flesh, away from their natural habitat. I was wondering what in the world was going on! My P.E. teacher handed me a couple of envelopes and a bag. I opened the envelope and found, why, it was a Target gift card! How much was it for? One hundred firetruckin' dollars!
After they left, I logged onto my laptop, went straight to the KH3D website, listened to the amazing new Dearly Beloved medley, opened up another tab, went to KH13 and typed this.
As soon as this is posted, I must clean up the chunks of my mind on the floor.
