That's just because that Mickey is from a different world (i.e., different timeline/dimension?) so he wouldn't know the same things that the regular King Mickey knows... I think.

 

As for the rest, that's just Nomura messing with our minds. He DID say the story was enigmatic and puzzling.

Nomura did say the story for KH: 3D would be confusing for some to understand. . .right?

People are taking this 'It's a dream' thing way too literally IMO.
