KH3 is supposedly meant to finish the stories of the BBS characters, 358/2 days characters, and ofcourse the main characters Sora Riku and Kairi.

Hence why KH3 is meant to be the last game in the Xehanort Saga.

Well, Xion appeared in the part of the trailer that looked more like an opening; we don't know yet if this is because it's just doing a recap of the past, highlighting people Sora is connected to, or if there will be an appearance in the game. We've gotten quite a few character reveals in the last trailer, so I could understand why they wouldn't have shown her yet, but we'll just have to see. We still aren't entirely sure what the overarching signifigance of the game is (we know it will be about their MOM exam and will reveal some mysteries of the past, but we don't know if everyone is going to be saved/remembered). Xion may not appear but could still be referenced to at some point. Right now, teh plotline seems like it will be pretty full, so I'm not sure hwat else they could pack in there.

I believe that everyone will come back besides eraqus

ill say it again, there is too much evidence that she will be back in some form. deal with it nerds.
