Since Thanksgiving is tomorrow (at least here in the US), and the Holidays are soon after, what's your favorite holiday food?

It can be the main dish, a side dish, desert, etc. etc.

Lol. some people aren't understanding. I meant HOLIDAY food. Thanksgiving is only mentioned because i'm an AMERICAN and it's one of MY holidays. You can have a different holiday that you celebrate, and still have a feast with various kinds of foods.

 

Mine would have to be either the Turkey, my mom's homemade mashed potatoes, stuffing, or pumpkin pie <3

my brother started making this shrimp chowder for the past couple Thanksgivings and Christmases and it's soooooo gooood! So yeah, I look forward to that every year now

uh.. Its for the holidays too.

Favorite Holiday Food? =/= only thanksgiving.

 

There's a few other foods in Hannukah and Christmas (etc. etc) that people have feasts similar to thanksgiving.

 

Oh I have another one!

 

At Christmas my family cooks Pancakes, Sausage, Bacon, etc. together. It's not really much, but it's all homemade and very tasty

I like cookies. And on thanksgiving I go vegetarian cause I don't like turky. So I eat mash potatoes and rolls.

in UK we call it harvest instead of thanksgiving. no food, just a chruch service for people who are christian

 

CHRISTMAS however, yummy! i'm a stuffing addict, it's so nice!

i always get a Toblerone as stocking gift for christmas there so good i also love turkey on thanksgiving

oh i love pumpkin pie my family owns a bakery so i had alot of pumpkin pie for thanksgiving and i have alot during hoilday

Like a lot. It's like, they can be made of any meat, chicken, candy, cheese, or whatever, and they still taste like heavennn.

It's a tradition with my family for us to make homemade tamales.

 

I LOVE PUMPKIN PIEEEEEEEE.

It has like sort of a cinnamon kind of flavor, and sort of spicy yet sweetttt.

 

And, uh. OH! Homemade tortillas FTWWW.

Gah. I love when my mom and me do those. I eat like a pig afterwards. lolol 8D

You can't have pumpkin pie without cool whip or whipped cream...well you could but then you'd be a failure. And I love mashed potatoes,with gravy duh.
