So, I've never 100% played through the CoM story (though I know the storyline and all), but I have a question about something. I can't remember every small detail, so forgive me if this was explained or not but...was there an explanation as to how exactly Marluxia got such power? Is it just left as "well, he's a more-than-average powerful Nobody"? Or was there something about that room in the castle (which I doubt, since that doesn't make sense now that we know its origins.)

 

So yeah, I can't remember if it says he got his powers from somewhere external or not.

MAYBE his sombody was an incubus as Larxenes was a sucubus. That why Marluxia looks so grly lke HE'S A DEMON.

Actually Marluxia was easy..I had a harder time with Axels second fight ...That was the only fight i died on..

Actually Marluxia wasn't that powerful. Axel, Riku Replica, and even Maleficents dragon form were all more difficult to beat. Marluxia was a good leader. Well actually he wasn't. He was a good hair stylist? Gardener. He was a good gardener.

Marluxia was a real coward who knew he could not beat Axel so he used a shield with a timid girl hoping he would of had second thoughts of going after him.

 

The creature that Marluxia had was an arc angel of some kind. The pink flowers were actually poisoness sakura petals. You have that with a upside down hose looking scythe you have the gay version of the grip reaper. .

I think the best explanation would be that since Marluxia was made lord of the castle, that granted him unique powers and explains the creature I guess.

Outside of what everyone else above be stated, which I agree with here and there, I just assumed that he had something similar to those abilities from being a Somebody and developed them to a higher degree as a Nobody. Other than that, I say go with Rob's theory. It's straight to tbe point and no headaches.

The best answer is: it's Square Enix. You have to have the final boss transorm at least once.

When you plan to betray the Organization, you've gotta have power to back it up. He probably spent forever trying to build all of that up (in secret, of course).

First off, I already mentioned this fact about Marluxia.Secondly, Nomuras reasoning was that he didnt want both traitors to be female

Marluxia was a badass character ,i liked the final battle and his attacks like doom ,it reminded me of some final fantasy spells
