Yes yes it does..The pieces all fit and it especially explains why Lea/Axel and MF(Isa) would be key characters.

Not Saix but Isa.....

Its probable.. but why would he be so loyal to Xehanort after planning a coup with axel during their the organization. The "Things" Xehanort did to Isa has been mentioned but its never been confirmed. The X on Saix's forhead could of been his choice showing his support to the organization? I know Xemmnas was using what he remembers from MX is the X which he could of drew on Isa/Saix. But why would Isa be one of the roads MX kept available?? I dont think we would be getting these answers or atleast some of them in KH3D..

I think although this argument is very strong, I think it's hard to overlook that it may just be Young Xehanort. If you imagine a younger form of Xehanort, I think that's what I would see. The facial structure is about as close as we would think Isa's is. Also, I don't remember if Terra's eye color changed when he was taken over by Xehanort, but the mysterious figure's eyes are identical to the original Xehanorts, and have no real changes. All I'm saying, I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to somehow just to be a Young MX.

Well We know he experimented on all of them but did something obviously different with Braig and Isa hence the eyes and ears .For whatever reason id say Isa made a good 'vessel' or choice with whatever AX had in mind. It was said he planted many seeds lol. This process(although done while he was human ) probably took affect when Saix was destroyed and it altered Isas return. Which is why he didnt awaken in the lab with Lea..Since it affected him after his nobody was killed and not during the time he was a nobody he didnt have to be aligned with Xemnas..Maybe Axel and Saix wanted to take over bc they hated him for losing their hearts/ experimenting on them.

Terras eyes were blue. Also if this is Isa, having a piece of Axs heart to possess him would cause the eyes to turn just like Terras did..It very well still could be a YMX but i think the possibility of this being Isa is pretty strong

Only problem I see with this is that MF is to young looking to be Isa because he would have come back as an adult like Lea. But Nomura is known for using red herrings like that. Also your theory could be the reason why Saix was 2nd in command even though Xigbar had been working with Xemnas since they were human.

Heres a thought too.. Say AX planted a piece of his heart in Isa . What if AX had Vanitas' damaged heart taking refuge in him too? This could explain the youth and when he says to Sora that 'you have Hearts other than your own TOO" ..i dunno ..that could be or couldnt be a possibility(.Vanitas and AX inside Isa) They did appear together when confronting Sora.

I thought he only experimented on the apprentices? Axel had the marks under his eyes which when he returned to Lea were gone. So I had thought that Saix had some sort of symbol of him being a nobody. But yeah I think your right that he must of done something that affected Isa.

Well we dont know exactly what went down but we do know they revive where thy lost their hearts.Lea revived in the lab and expected Isa to be there too. So if they lost their hearts in the lab they must have been experimented on too..Plus its obvious AX definitely was experimenting on Isa (the ears and golden eyes).In BBS it shows Isa and Lea trying to sneak in the castle and getting kicked out ..Sooner or later they couldve succeeded and when found ended up being experimented on.

I saw this theory a while ago, and ya, it does make a lot of sense, except, not only in what was pointed out in the original post, but also what it would mean for the game's scenario. By this I mean, an effective parallel would be drawn between Sora and Riku and Lea and Isa, something I've been hoping would be flushed out in some future game.

 

For the sake of a goal Riku and Isa became lost in the darkness, and found themselves on Xehanorts side. Both had some level of a superiority complex (to me at least), but also incredible friendships. Isa and Lea get thrown out of the castle and as annoyed as Isa appears the two proceed to finish the day with ice cream. I could only imagine Isa putting out his hand to Lea like Riku, blinded by the darkness, to Sora offering the final solution to achieve their goal when the two would become nobodies.

 

Fastforward through the different route Isa took and it would just so happen that this would simply postpone the day Xehanort conquers Isa. Also if you didn't pick up on it, Saix appears to nearly hate Riku in days and kh2. I'd be willing to be they also faced eachother durring kh2 or days and saw their similarities in one another... but that another theory.

Also I know Master Xehanort did say to Terra in secret ending: 'You are just one of the many roads that I might choose to take, trust me, I made certain of that' So does this means Isa is one of those roads?

 

Also I did see a the similarities between Isa and Unknown.

I actually think that Unknown/MF/YMX is Master Xehanorts nobody.

I know what you think : Its Xemnas

But MX released his heart twice.

Once as MX and once as Terranort.

Ansem @ Xemnas are shared nobodies.

Teranort must be their true form.

That explains why Xemnas was looking for ven and called Aqua his friend and why MF has a resemblance to Xemnas.
