I'm sorry if a thread like this is already posted but i was wondering. Riku became a keyblade master right? Did Sora become one too? Did Lea become too? And smth more what happened to the end all the characters where on the tower and Sora sealed a keyhole. What was that for? Isn't he a keyblade master anymore? did he lost the powers of the keyblade and what did he say last please sb tell me.

Riku was only one to succeed. Sora wasnt sad about his failure. Lea choose to become one too (and he already has an keyblade O.O), but he needs training. Im not sure if Sora chooses to try again during that game though. Sora told them that he was going to journey all by himself. He went to Traverse town where dozens of spirit dream eaters met him. I suppose they became his allies for future http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/happy.png

Next time, you should probably look at the front page for the ending details in the coverage. Just letting you know.

only Riku did,

Sora failed the test because he touched the darkness because of his arrogance,

Lea's learned he could use a keyblade during Riku's celebration party, his chakrams turned into a blade

I'll put it simply.

Riku passed the mark of mastery exam hence he was promoted to a keyblade master. Sora failed the exam. Lea has a keyblade and is going to be training with it under Yen Sid, but he's not a master, only a keybalde wielder.

what if the dream eaters combined into a amazing keyblade? :D

so in kingdom hearts 3 is where sora will become a keyblade master?

I don't know. One would think Sora will eventually become a master, but who knows when.

Sora touched darkness because of the Nort's and the memories that lie within him were to much for any one person to handle. Yen sid is not racist against darkness so their must be another reason for Sora's failure

I think Nomura mentioned that kh3d only takes MoM test partialy, meaning that Sora will propably continue his test in kh3

YET AGAIN I WAS THINKING WHY HASN'T ANYONE SAVED AQUA, TERRA, AND VENTUS OMG HOW LONG DO THEY HAVE TO SUFFER GO AND BECAUSE NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR SORA TO BECOME A MASTER OMG

Well Sora didnt acctually return from Realm of Sleep with his own powers (Lea carried him away). Yen Sid said that they must return to Mysterious Towers in order to make them masters.

they said BOTH need to be a keyblade master in order to defeat MX and kingdom hearts 3 is the last of the MX sega so i guess yes. what if sora defeats MX without being a keyblade master.

what is nort? when i think about nort i think about a fat nerd.

until they make kingdom hearts 3 so like in 2016

but sora isn't a master

okay. I'm having trouble to accept the fact that Sora has failed in the Master Exam.

Exactly his point, he needs to go back there, and return on his own to become a master

by the sounds of this... it sounds like most of our assumptions and theories weren't kind of accurate. We're weren't too far off on this one.

That makes me a tad bitter. So much for "unexpected"....

You're joking about Axel really just randomly having a keyblade, right? RIGHT!!!

http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/smiley-confuse.png .. I don't know how I feel about that....

Nope he does and its badass looking .Its not that random if you think about it .They have been building up to this since Days really.

I'm kinda disappointed with the ending, to be honest. We were told it was going to be an unexpected one and I don't know maybe there was some stuff in the Japanese text that would make it more unexpected but really, a lot of people predicted that Riku would be the only one to become a keyblade master and Lea getting a keyblade has been something people have been theorizing since KH2.

i guesswe could have kinda guess that from the box art when sora was falling but he touched the darkness what does that mean did he accpect it or what please explain to me

Sora failed the test because he touched the darkness because of his arrogance,

so did they find out who the guy with the red eyes was

The red-eyed unknown is Vanitas. When the newborn heart of Sora's came in contact with Ventus's fractured heart, he also directly contacted Vanitas's heart. After feeling a sharp pain in his chest, Vanitas's body fell to the ground of the wasteland near the Keyblade Graveyard and almost lost his consciousness, feeling being engulfed by absolute Darkness. That was when Vanitas heard Sora's voice and then he saw Light. The Light eventually surrounded his whole body. He then heard a voice saying, "Let's open the door". Vanitas then opened his eyes and found out that now he had a normal boy's face. And basically the other person who connected with Ventus's heart, Vanitas would look like that person. And that's why he looked like Sora in BBS. Before Ven's heart came in contact with Sora's, Vanitas's original form was merely a faceless being, much like a heartless, but with red eyes.

That wasnt a suprirse to anyone. I have mentioned as well as other people have mentioned. Nomura said that this game wasnt based on saving them he was waiting to save everyone in KH3. The opening was a sign of what lies ahead when everyone was together.

he can become a master without someone telling him that

The novels are mainly non-canon, unless they correctly follow what happens normally in KH. Nomura HAS comfirmed this info to be true, but technically you do not need to use this to prove anything. Just follow by the games, you don't need the novels to prove anything because if they do, they're known as secondary canon, for as long as they do not contradict anything, it is canon, but it is not necessary and does not contribute any major plot points. Therefore, there's no reason to go by that.

And bro, I'm getting REALLY sick and tired of having to repeat myself because everyone keeps saying it, and it's getting repetitive. Let me just start out that just because Vanitas originally had red eyes, doesn't mean this Red-Eyed Unknown is him. Anybody with red eyes is not Vanitas. C'mon people, I get it, Vanitas is sinister. But the eyes do not signal Vanitas. If you took the time to look at the the Red-Eyed Unknown and compare its eyes to the Nightmare Dream Eaters, you'll see they have literally the same eyes, and even then, all the Nightmare have giant, circular red eyes like the Red-Eyed Unknown. So it's more likely that he is related to a, or is, Nightmare, not Vanitas or an Unversed. Please do not say that he has this, therefore it is him, ESPECIALLY when you're basing this off of one little detail in the novels that isn't exactly canon. I can tell you that it's not Vantias.

I'll bet you a million bucks it is. Vanitas wasn't in any part of this game, and yet he was such a huge antagonist in BBS. There's NO WAY he's not in this game, and I guarantee you they wanted to keep him mysterious, and it all pretty much connects. I mean, which other important character in the series has red eyes? And they wouldn't put some random nightmare under that hood, it's gotta be a significant character. It HAS to be Vanitas.

EDIT: And it can't be a brand new character because it is far too late in the series.

So what's this then? Oh wait, that's Vanitas in one of the Kingdom Hearts 3D Trailers. Now I'm still waiting for the walkthrough to progress, since this appears in La Cite des Cloches (Hunchback of Notre Dome), but I'm pretty sure he is still kept in the game.

And frankly, that is so illogical, it's not even funny. Eraqus wasn't in any part of this game, and yet he was such a huge protagonist in BBS. Marluxia wasn't in any part of this game, and yet he was such a huge antagonist in Chain of Memories. It doesn't they have to appear in the game. I can basically fill in a lot of what you said with some of these characters.

Ignoring that next sentence since he is in the game.

Ok, nobody, because if they're going to have any color eyes, it's going to be golden, the "evil" trademark eyes. Simple.

Really? You can't even consider it a significant character because it only got like what, a minute of screen time for cutscenes? I doubt this really impacts the story. And I can tell you're being a Vanitas fanboy, since you're clearly ignoring the characteristics of the Red-Eyed Unknown. It has the Nightmare symbol on his back, it has the Nightmare eyes, the large red, round eyes that only those guys have, and simply fades away when it is defeated.

If it is Vanitas, cool. If it's not, stop trying to make it into somebody that it shouldn't be, when you have the proof right there and you're simply ignoring it.
