So whats the story with Tutti Frutti is he like high or something?

I guess you're talking about the person who puts "tutti fruitti" in front of each post (can't remember user name right now) probably his trademark of sort... like a signature. Some people do it like Kinode and his text color, Madotsuki with her font.

But if you think that the things he says are weird... I don't know what to say

tutti frutti. To answer your question, no I'm not. It was a catchphrase that another motivated me to come up with, but became a bad habit whenever i make some type of comment on here. Could have just sent me a message asking me why. For the most part you don't see me asking the same question for people that have pictures/icons/etc at the bottom of their comments, along with changing the color/style of their font. People on here have their own thing on this site.

I had been waiting for somebody to make a thread about this, because I thought that if I made one myself I would get in trouble with a mod.

Well... tutti frutti is better than "Nom nom nom"...

I think I used to have this Playdoh type stuff called Tutti Frutti. It was pretty much the exact same as Playdoh, but it smelled fruity.

tutti frutti. I'm kind of shocked that nobody has asked me where I got it from, since it's famous enough to get it's own thread. Though I'm more use to what it means, this is still kind of surprising.
