Supposing you could decide how many KH games are going to be released before KHIII, what would you do?

only the HD release on BBS would be cool... possibly to set up something for PSN that people could become used to for when kh3 rolls along!!!

I think there would be more KH games like there was Final Fantasy games. Because Nomura is calling BBS-KH3 the "Xehanort Chapter" or something of that sort. I'm confident there will be more games after wards.

If there are any lose ends to tie like characters they didn't fully explain or parts of the story that needs more explanations then I wouldn't mind if they brought more out, but if there isn't then let there be kingdom hearts III.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Dream Drop Distance supposed to lead into KH3? If so, then it would make sense that KH3 would be the next game to be made, right? And yeah, XIII Versus needs to come out ASAP so Nomura can be free from it's enslavement.

 

Just because KH3D leads into KH3 story-wise doesn't mean another game can't come out release-wise.

I still want BBSv2. So I'd choose 1 game before KH3.

I wouldn't mind if one more game came out before KH3, as long as the story plot was good.

No game before KH3.Although more games means more plot so either way I'm happy.

 

None. The reason this game is taking so long is because of Final Fantasy Versus XIII. The reason Versus is taking so long is because his team is asked to help with other projects, and Nomura occupies himself with making a billion KH games.

 

People are running out of patience for both games, and the only way they'll come faster is if KH takes a break until then.

I agree entirely. Also, I feel like Kingdom Hearts III will make a bigger impact if the series takes a break. Kingdom Hearts III should make an absolutely huge splash when it's finally announced, because it's been so long since KHII, but if smaller titles keep getting released up until KHIII is announced, the announcement won't really hit people in the way it should.

As well as all that, I think Nomura needs to realise that we're not going to throw a massive tantrum if we don't get a new KH game for a year or two.

I mean, just look at Coded / Re: Coded. Re: C was an enjoyable game, and I liked the way they dealt with the development of Data Sora, but that game had no real point in the series.

Honestly, I have no idea what I would want to have released. Maybe something that would detail more about Riku's time in the darkness in combination with Aqua and maybe Terra. Then KH3 could focus more on what will happen then what did happen.

If it takes like a 5yrs to KHIII to be releashed, then yes one or two more wouldn't hurt..

I don't mind if they release more games I mean like, it's more KH to play. However, I have a strong feeling that once KH3D is released it'll be the same with what happened with KH2, where we won't see another game for like 3 years or so........... Waiting 3 years for a new KH game is torture and I don't want it to happen again. Of course I would love to see a HD collection released somewhere in those 3 yrs so I don't die from lack of KH. But whatever happens well it happens I guess.

 

(Also, I don't count Re:CoM after KH2 because it was never released here in Europe so I had to actually wait 3yrs...)

I agree with that. It is to expensive.

So, this board is, in essence, the same as other boards. Clamoring for KH3. I wouldn't mind if they released more games. It's not like it's likely to have a significant impact, since the main team isn't even working on the handheld games.

 

In fact, even after spoiling myself for KH3D, I'm still not excited for KH3. It's not like they've released any gameplay, or concept art, all we know is it's a direct sequel to KH3D, and it will end the Xehanort saga.

 

It'd take some screens or at least conceptual stuff to get me excited.

I really want to play BBSV2, I really want to know Aqua's story from when she was in darkness.

Just make bbsv2 a movie or dlc for kh3 so we can just kill Xehanort already. He just won't die, it takes almost 10 people to kill him.
