Don't get worried. Middle school is perfectly fine, and anyone saying you're gonna get beat up is probably just trying to scare you. Besides, if things do go wrong, you'll have plenty of people to talk to about it.

What's wrong with that? It really happened, a guy was acting gay (he wasn't) and it pissed people off so he got the shit beaten out of him.

What's wrong with this:

1) Victim blaming. You're saying it's the victim's fault for acting gay and that's why he got beat up. Or at least implying it.

2) Trying to tell people how to act. It's none of your business if someone acts 'gay' or not. People can act how they want.

Instead of telling him not to act like a 'gay' guy (I'm assuming you mean flambouyant), you should tell him to avoid homophobic assholes.

Don't worry, you'll be fine.

Middle school wasn't that much of a big deal for me.

Most of the things about Middle School are rumours and myths, you don't need to worry.

You're worried about getting beaten up because you're in AP? Just as long as your name isn't Leonard and as long as you don't play the Cello, you're alright. Just don't act like a gay guy (A guy that was in my class in 7th got beaten up because of that) and you'll be fine.

O_e

You got to be kidding me.

This happened once probably to you, but it never happened to a guy who acted flamboyant in my class.

O_e

You got to be kidding me.

No, not kidding. He wasn't actually gay, but he was acting all flamboyant and even the actually gay people got pissed at him, so a bunch of people beat the crap out of him.

Then all those people were firetrucking assholes because people can act however they want

Wait so your saying that a bunch of gay guys beated up a flamboyant kid?

Whaa-

Those guys are assholes then.

Apparently not in this case.

Well besides some of the homophobic comments here (somehow being flamboyant and girly is now associated with being gay? That's not acting gay.) Anyways, I'm in Algebra I in 7th; it's fine. (well, now Algebra 2 since I'm going into eighth.) Just don't be an asshole, but that's true anywhere.

Your in an AP, while the Neanderthals under you are still having trying to put the triangle in the circle hole (protip: they will never succeed) your getting ready for the higher education.

Also, girls like smart guys, just letting you know.

There is nothing wrong with Middle School or High School. I don't know why people think there is.

Sure the work load keeps increasing, and then there's exams but other than that it's fine.

You'll live through it. If we can do it, so can you.

My last day of 8th grade is today. Middle school is fine. Stick with a good group of friends, mind your own business, and don't cause drama. No one ever beats you up for no reason xD.
