I then noticed that during the beginning of the game, Eraqus invites MX to see his pupils become keyblade masters. Eraqus' face is already scarred, so that means that the events I previously described had already happened. So why would Eraqus invite MX if he knew he was evil?

He still knew that he had bad intentions it doesnt make any sense, and he was scarred before the events of BBS when he question Xehanort of his interest in darkness and creating the X-Blade

Eraqus DID know about Xehanort being Evil but didn't want to believe it, deciding to give Xehanort time so that Eraqus could believe otherwise, plus, Eraqus wanted to believe in his friend and believed that Xehanort wouldn't be serious about making the X-Blade after a while, sorry if i said the same thing twice.

Read the Xehanort reports. The incident happened before Xehanort had Ventus as his pupil. When Xehanort returned to Eraqus with Ven later Eraqus felt that perhaps Xehanort had changed and wasnt so foolish. Xehanort took advantage of this and manipulated Eraqus.

Um, this happened before the game started, and Eraqus forgave Xehanort. He thought he had changed. Pretty sure that was explained in the scene where Eraqus tried to kill Ventus since he said that Xehanort still wanted the X-Blade, and in the reports.

he could have bad intentions,but he don't know that Xehanort is persuading Terra...the scene with MX and Eraqus happen after the Mark of Mastery of Terra and Aqua.That's why he say: I tried to stop him..but i've failed.

If you read Xehanorts secret letter, you will see that Xehanort apologized for there argument over their difference in thought. And requested to be present at the MoM exam.
