I use bigger words when I'm nervous, because my brain automatically reverts to say-what-you-mean-in-the-most-precise-way-possible mode.

I have never finished a Pokemon game.

I have a terrible problem where I need to be reminded often how much someone cares about me. I try to remember that people aren't like that, but I feel like if the person stops reminding me, in some way, that they still care then they've stopped caring. I guess I'm paranoid, like that.
