Koko 3,944 Posted October 10, 2012 your colouring looks nice! for your actual sketches, the first one needs a longer head/face and the ears need to be a bit lower (they tend to line up with the eyes and bottom of the nose). also make sure all your features are in the same perspective. sketching lines like this usually help out to guide the direction in which the eyes/mouth/nose are facing the second sketch is good, the eyes too big for my taste but thats a stylistic choice. i think if anything, you need to be a bit looser with your lines because theyre very hard and dont flow and look awkward when it comes to the hair, which typically swoops and flows and is very free.
