Did you notice in Kingdom Hearts 3d that. . . *may contain spoilers*

Don't get me wrong or anything I love this game but did you notice in KH3D...

1)The worlds felt rushed

I thought these worlds were greatly picked, but I felt that they were overlooked too quickly. I mean they could of done more to the story of each world and more capabilities. The Grid for instance (which was the one world I anticipated the most) just gave you that one light cycle minigame with Riku and was limited considering you just go left to right, whereas in BBS in deep space there was a room where you're in space battling other unversed space crafts with your keyblade glider with a much broader scenery. They could atleast have had Sora play the disc battle mini games. They could have also incorporated for certain characters in a certain world to team up with you like Quasimodo or Quorra. For the world of Fantasia, all I could really think is that they could inputted more music. I mean come on, it's Fantasia.

2) How much Riku is a baddass compared to Sora

Not until this game did I noticed how girly Sora was (sorry Sora fans =( ). In the Grid (yea im using this world as an example again), you notice that when the black guards grab Sora he yells out "Hey that's not really friendly!" and then frolics away. In the case of Riku, the black guards arrest him and then he's like "yea sure let see how this goes" acting like he doesn't give a shizz like a boss.

3) How they included time travel into the series

The idea of time travelling is amazing don't get me wrong. People could have conversations on it for days. It's the complexity that I'm concerned about. I mean the storyline for the series is already complicated enough. They already incorporated dreams within the series (I mean did you see Inception). I know what most kh fans would say " the story line isn't complicated, you're just a dumbass". Well the story line for the average gamer can be confusing at least. I'm just saying that when time travel comes to mind, there are many possibilities, loopholes, theories that can emerge that can create complications

All in all, many games have flaws and no game is perfect. Hey just because you love a game doesn't mean you have to be ignorant. You can argue that this is a Square Enix/Disney game and anything could happen and I won't blame you. I personally think they should of saved the Grid for III. Well these are my personal thoughts. If you want to comment what else is flawed about this game or what you liked the most about this game or just shizz talk me or talk about whatever KH3D, feel free. I personally think that this is 3rd best game they made so far 1st being KH and KH2 and 2nd being BBS and what I liked most of all were the dream eaters and flowmotion.

They included time travel? I did not notice that!

are you being sarcastic?

Well I hate the way time travel was brought in DDD ..I understand it perfectly but find it cheesy and lazy writing ..

Which is why Nomura said the game was (Sonic) rushed.

I love how they included TT in this game. It really helps you see the series in a different light and it connects pretty much all the games in the series and now I can't wait till they explain about YMX's fight with Ven (canonically he fought Ven...I think.).

Symphony of Sorcery is definitely one of my fav KH worlds. Definitely wins in art points.

And yes Riku is badass. Sora definitely wasnt frolicing in that scene though >.>

I think the way they both reacted to the guard reflected well with their character.

Riku's older, has lost himself to darkness, had his body possessed changed form to someone he hates and incorrect judgement of character in KH1 (trusting Maleficent could have hurt his friends (which i'm sure he torments himself over). A couple of guards asking to arrest him would seem like nothing in comparison. What worse they could do to him that hasn't already happened before?

Sora himself though is one for justice. He did nothing wrong so obviously he's gonna speak out when they try to unjustly arrest him.

I agree the worlds felt rushed (if I wasn't collecting treasures, grinding, training dream eaters, etc basically trying to get as much completion done along the way, each world could have easily been finished in a couple of hours, or less). They really missed an opportunity, I was most looking forward to LCDC, and it was one of the worlds I least revisited. Like Flaming Lea I think time travel was just lazy writing. I don't care if people find it confusing but it's so clichè to turn to time travel when you've run out of plot developments.

Time-travel isn't amazing people only use it when they run out of ideas

I agree that the worlds felt rushed. The worlds were pretty empty when it comes to people and I don't think they have enough length to them. With it's flaws some of the worlds were still enjoyable though.

I think Riku is meant to look better than Sora in this game because of the fact that it focuses more on him and his growth.

And as for the time travel I think that it was a bit dissapointing to see them resort to that. They could have done better but oh well.

I really enjoy the game, but I do think that even though they say that they approached this game like a console title, it still feels pretty handheld to me. Not saying thats a bad thing neccessarily.

But the game is still worth buying, right? I was going to buy it for myself for christmas.

yeah the game kicks ass

It's really fun to play

but plot wise I think it's crap xD

i hope i dont discourage you! Dont get me wrong; the whole reason i bought the 3ds was for this game lol. Def worth every penny. Heck i bought the mark of mastery edition. I just wanted to point out its flaws from my opinion. Worth investing and im not just saying that just cuz im a big fan (or am i?). Hope i didnt spoil anything for you...

are you being sarcastic?

Its baylaust. He's sarcastic 98.9% of the time.

Its amazing, so yes~

Gameplay wise I think its probably the best in the series.

Story wise I think its amazing but not quite the volume of a numbered title, more like the volume of COM. It adds a lot and is definitely worth buying.

Plus there's "BEGONE!" which makes it 2137859 times epicer xD

plot wise it was better than recoded. Plot i do admit did lack. All in all i thought it was ok. This is what i thought was a "warm up" for III.

I liked it the first time around, but since the hype died down

the thought of playing it utterly repulses me

No, most KH fans would say the storyline is as confusing as heck. xD

That's why we have this site. To throw all our confusions into one big pot and try to decipher what KH-logic is.

And Nomura's job is to throw a wrench into all of it once we find some amount logic.

see how many people are supporting you to buy it. Thats what peer pressure does.

well ty for clearing that up for me. Usually when i say that something is complicated in this site people start ranting how it shouldnt be complicated. Some people are too arrogant to see the general view of others rather than their own personal view.

Riku was always more badass than Sora, even before he was hopped up on darkness. Remember, Sora (canonically) could never beat Riku at anything until Hollow Bastion. And Sora was always the happy-go-lucky naive one. I will say, however, that Riku has had more character development than Sora.

Riku:

KH1. He's all "I'm gonna run away 'cause I'm bored", then he gets all evil.

CoM/Days/KH2. He's some guilt-ridden depressed emo guy.

3D. He's the cool, if socially awkward, badass

Sora.

KH1. "I'm gonna save Kairi and make lots of friends!"

CoM. "I'm gonna save Namine and see all my friends!"

KH2. "I'm gonna save Riku see all my friends and make some new ones!"

3D. "I'm gonna make some more friends!"

well you could always beat him on the island. But yea, riku is more developed and i think is more interesting. It wouldnt hurt if sora matured. Disney is definetly maturing, why cant sora. How old is he now 17 lol.

Yeah, you could beat him on the Islands, it just wasn't canon according to the end of KH2.

Riku: "You know, I always figured I was better at stuff than you."

Sora: "I kinda always thought you were better at everything too."

And I think Sora is still 15. But yeah, Sora is supposed to be the main character so he needs more development that doesn't depend on his connections to other people. Problem is any character development that changes his personality, like for example cracking under the pressure of being the "key that connects everything" and folding under the weight of his destiny, would be completely out of character for him.

Out of the 650,000 copies sold.....I highly doubt anyone noticed.
