Monty Oum, the creator of Dead Fantasy is creating a new show, called RWBY {Red White Black Yellow} so far, there is a trailer which showcase what I believe is Red, a girl based off of Little Red Riding hood. It's incredibly badass, and the soundtrack so far sounds amazing!

Sorry for the double, but I thought I would like to point out something that I found while re-watching RWBY, and I don't think any of us have pointed this out either. Adam is in the intro of RWBY, you'll see the outline of his mask right when, Blake disappear from the tree.

It seems like Yang's eyes automatically turn red whenever her hair is ripped out. Even in her trailer, her eyes get red before she even notices Junior holding the clump of hair in his hand. Maybe that could be some sort of defense mechanism she has that she can't control? Because whenever she DOES have red eyes, she completely destroys whoever did it, and then she acts sort of confused whenever she's back to normal. It's probably some sort of trance she's put in whenever her hair is plucked that her "normal self" is unconscious of.

 

It leads me to believe that her "race" (because she's obviously not blood related to Ruby) was created like soldiers; ticking time bombs programmed to crush whatever enemy they face. Maybe her race's hair was somehow mixed with the fire Dust's power, and, because she's partially made of dust, she's basically a living weapon. 

 

But of course, once she's used up all of her hair, she won't have any power left. She'll have her ember cecilias, but she couldn't create fire. And she uses fire with almost every strike when she's fighting.

That's why she's so fond of it, because it's the source of all her strength and her worst fear is to become defenseless.

 

tl; dr: Yang's hair is the source of her fire power, once it's all gone she's firetrucked up.

 

(it's old, I know, the series isn't that old yet either)

I never complain, per say, but I do think to myself after each episode "Damn it Monty! This dose not settle my RWBY cravings! I'm going to start licking the screen if we don't get a longer one!"
