Posted November 24, 201213 yr So, for those of you that live in America. How was your Thanksgiving day?
November 24, 201213 yr My thanksgiving was good. Ate tons of food and thanked a lot of people for all they've done. It was fun.
November 24, 201213 yr This Thanksgiving was the most dissapointing shit ever. We got to my Papa and Nana's house on time, exactly at 1. they already started eating. and the food was boring and ugly lol. but the highlight of thanksgiving was going to the mall and a few stores with my friend for black friday
November 24, 201213 yr Uh...kinda meh. The food was good, but ugh, my mom and her friend...she, my brother, my sister, and I were invited to her house. Eating was the only thing keeping me awake. Well, actually, the Redskin/Cowboys game was at first...then the food. After that...I, uh, fell asleep from boredom. Then, of course, I went home and saw the Bad25 documentary...which made up for everything. :)
November 24, 201213 yr My mom dragged my sister and I to a hotel and I hooked my PS3 up in there and played it for the next 24 firetrucking hours before I realized there was an exit to three firetrucking hot tubs and a swimming pool. ._.
November 24, 201213 yr My parent's anniversary landed on Thanksgiving this year. We went to an amazing restaurant and ate turkey, salad, stuffing, and all kinds of goodies! Oh, and I exploded.
November 25, 201213 yr It was good ^^ I couldn't hear anything that was going on but I guess that's normal. I didn't get to have Bday cake on Thanksgiving like I usually do but I'll be having some today ^^
November 25, 201213 yr My dad passed his illness onto me, so I had to spend Thanksgiving all doped up on Ibuprofen and Mucinex, but it was worth it for the deviled eggs and sweet potato casserole. http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/cool.png
November 25, 201213 yr It was alright, my mom made dry turkey, brother made watery sweet potatoes, mom made lumpy mashed potatoes, and burnt crescent rolls. So, it was alright I guess? Edited November 25, 201213 yr by Libirica
November 25, 201213 yr It was alright. Enjoyed some nice juicy turkey and all that lovely good stuff that makes you feel guilty afterwards. But always worth it! Except, I feel like there will be no Thanksgiving next year if more retails start Black Friday sales on Thursday. Might as well call it Black Thursday and forget about Thanksgiving... =/
November 25, 201213 yr It was good. The food all turned out great, and we had some awesome pumpkin cake for dessert. I only wish we could have had some members from our extended family there, or rather, gone to my grandpa's house (they always have the whole family at their house, its fun). As it was, dinner was quiet and fast. Oh, and our dog decided to relieve herself in the dining room right when we started eating... yeah...
