According to Wikipedia and Noruma, KH3 will be on the newest console, Wikipedia stated that it might possibly be the Wii U? What do you guys think?

I'm guessing it'll be on PS3 or 4.

Not too likely. If KH3 is assumed to start production in 2015 (or later), there might be more new systems out, such as PS4 and Xbox 720, but I don't think KH will ever hit Xbox.

I would prefer it being on the new Xbox, but that probably won't happen. So I'm going to be forced to by a PS4 just for one game that I refuse to miss out on. *groan*

 

BUT, I'm getting a Wii U, I'd love to see it on there, but again, I'd prefer Xbox.

Hopefully it'll be on the Wii U, in the sense that hopefully it'll go multi platform and be on everything including the Wii U. 

Just wishful thinking

the first thing wrong with this is you said Wikipedia, second Nomura said it will be on an existing console which means so far the PS3 XBox 360 and Wii U look they said nothing about KH3 only that they won't start developing it until Verses comes out which hopefully we will get news on that soon. 

I still believe in Nomura, it will be on PS3.

I believe the Nomura said that KH3 would go on a "current gen" system and at the time he said that the WiiU wasn't out. Seeing as how the Re:MIXs are on the PS3 and Versus is also on the PS3 I think it's safe to day that, you guessed it, KH3 will go on the PS3.

Nomura said they COULDN'T start full development on KH3 until Versus reached a certain POINT in production. It has been alluded to many times that KH3 is in the early stages of development

Nomura has not said anything because hardly anything's been done for the game. The team that will develop Kingdom Hearts III is currently busy with Versus XIII.

If it did I'd buy a Wii U

Kingdom Hearts III is more likely to be released for Play Station 3 since I recall in one of Nomura's interview in which he wanted the Kingdom Hearts Xehanort Saga to be on one console. Since Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix is released for the PS3 and when they do make Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix, it would be most likely be on the PS3.

 

So more or less, Kingdom Hearts III will be released for the PS3. Maybe by the time it's released, PS4 is out and they might make it available to that. 

But so far, we can only speculate and assume. No concrete info yet.

Versus is. The specific team (Production Department 1 I think is it's name) that works on the numbered KH titles is working on Versus right now and won't get to KH3 until the former is finished.

Me too love, me too. Since Versus is finally in full production my personal guess is that it'll come out around 2014-2015, then they'll finally start working on KH3. At the most since 3D is the last game before KH3 they might be working on some very early, early stuff, tossing around ideas and such. Nomura wants one game per and he can only put out supplementary stuff for so long.
