We all know that there is a chance that the X-blade will make a return in KH3. I realized this: if what we saw in BbS was a piece of a larger puzzle, what does the seven lights and thirteen darknesses X-blade look like? Leave theories, pictures of your ideas, and comments here.

I'm pretty sure it'll return in kh3. Not sure how it'll look but I'd be surprised if they didn't bring it back.

The X-Blade is exactly what we saw. But the one we saw in BBS was incomplete, therefore unstable and easily destroyed. If somehow the X-Blade is forged properly with the 13 and 7, it will look the same, just complete and of full power.

Well, it would probably be wild looking.

It would probably glow more, but that's just a THEORY

It will be shinier

Oh yeah. Definitely shinier.

maybe more badass

I wonder how it would look like it it was just all of the keyblades ever known combined into one. It'd be overkill and there's 100% chance that's not it, but I just wonder how it would look like.

Probably like Sora's throne on the cover of 1.5, but on a larger scale.

A cool idea would be every one of the main character's keyblades all on the X-Blade at once, like Lea's, Kairi's, Riku's Way to Dawn, etc. It would make sense too, but I'm pretty sure it'll look exactly the same as before because Nomura is HOPELESS in creating cool looking Keyblades as of late...

The X-Blade will not have any tangible form at all. At best, it will look like a swirling mass of light particles vaguely resembling something of a key, but never forming a solid. This is to indicate that the true key to the Heart of All Worlds is not something material, or something you can make on this plane of existence. Its as formless and impossible to define in literal and finite terms as the door it opens; its true power is not in its strength as a weapon, but as a tool to unleash the full potential of the heart and mind. In the end, it will provide Xehanort with nothing that he expects, for he has long since forgotten any other tool but force and deciet, and only one such as Sora, who knows that the heart is the real source of power, will be able to use it to its full potential.

Or, at least, that's how I would write it. Nomura will probably just add a few more decals and designs and make it a little bigger.

Nah, that's too boring and... uncolorful. It wouldn't be creative. But I see your point, it is like the Game of Thrones throne after all.

I got nothing.

It will have another Keyblade on it because, three.

It would have 20 kingdom keys on it.

It probably only had Kingdom Keys on it in BBS because of Sora's heart inside Ventus. I imagine it'll look different (hopefully cooler) in KH3, but yeah, definitely expecting to see it.

It will be shinier

^this is EXACTLY what Nomura will do
