I don't care what they say.  There is NO WAY Ash is still ten.  Yeah, he still looks ten, but considering it's just a TV show, I'm willing to let that slide.

Actually, in the episode where Ash gets the Earth badge, Misty says that it had been a year since they were last in the city, so He turned 11 in Kanto.
