Hey there! These are the signups for my newest RP concept; The Experiment. It's a new world and concept unrelated to any game or show, if you read the brief below you'll learn more about the concept, and if you're at all interested, hopefully you'll sign up as well!

 

"In the modern day, everything seems as it should be. It is not. Every day the world refuses to agknowledge the prescence of those stronger than them. Smarter than them. Better than them. You see, what we think of as humanity is not entirely human. A very small percentage of them are more. They have abilities beyond normal capacity or even understanding. Flight, telepathy, elemantal control... you name it. Why do they have these abilities? No-one knows. Well, no-one except me. You may call me Xi. I know about these abilities, and I know who has them. Why do I know these things? I won't tell now, all in due time.

 

It is what I have done with this information that is worth telling you. I have kidnapped several of these "special" people. They've all been put on a small island- what was once a military base. It's made up of beaches and runways, bunkers and palm trees. There's more to this island than meets the eye, and that is why I've put these people here. They have been selected. Selected for The Experiment. They cannot leave until it is finished. Until I have what I seek from them. There is a secret to these people that even they do not know themselves; a secret more amazing than even their powers. So what is this secret? What is that I seek? It is time to find out. Through their interactions, through their compassion and their fury they shall play my game, and it is a game of which I shall be the only winner.

If that brief at all intrigues you, please read the rules and create a character, the more the better!

 

Rules

• The major rule is this; please enjoy yourself. Stick around as much as you can- the more that everyone posts the more the story can advance, so have a good time and don't be afraid to have your character make some strange or interesting decisions, it will only make the RP more interesting.
• Interact with other people. Please don't spend all your time having your character reflect on their troubled past or such. This RP is about the characters and their relationships and interactions, and it will work much better if you take an interest in the story being told by everyone, not just yourself.
• Your character's power cannot cause an unfair advantage over other players. Time-stopping is an exmaple of a power that could out-match just about any other one. Create your power, but make it limited, that will make it all the more interesting when powers are used against each other and fights are even.
• Go with the flow. People will make their own choices and the story will encounter a few twists and turns. It's more interesting when characters have to deal with thos twists naturally.
• General RP Rules of course apply.

In movies and shows that I've seen, when someone has the power to become intangible, they can put their hands and arms in robots and stuff and make them tangible and it destoys the robots, I'm sure you can do that too!!

I'll admit that Yumi and Fulmen finished Crow off in a really cool way, but it's completely up to you.

It's Fully's fault that it'd be logical for him to stay but I just want more chaos... He definitely has a score to settle now.

Bio: After discovering his ability, Sylar went through an identity crisis. In the end, he decided that what he wanted from life was every power he could possibly have. Power-drunk, he has gone on a killing rampage before Xi found him and took him to the island. Sylar is now being used as a walking, deadly, and increasingly effective weapon.

 

I now decided I need to be evil. MDS, know he's op, but I won't use him to be too powerful. Or if you still don't like it, I'll take off his liquidation or freezing touch power.

Rasiel and Yumi joined the group

Robert got the other jeep running and went ahead to the temple

Sikota died (Not in our group but a pretty big deal)

Crow (Sikota's new character) attacked us out of nowhere, he wounded Karu and knocked Xander out, he also engaged Yumi and hit Fulmen

 

Fulmen electrocuted the lake that Crow had flown into while he was attacking Yumi, but he survived and flew away saying he had a score to settle with Yumi and Fulmen (Who have sort of confesed their feelings to each other and are pretty much a couple!! )

Accepted, for balancing purposes I would say maybe take off liquidation. Though I'll let you go with all the rest of the powers for now so long as you don't use them unfairly against others. I'll send you a PM about Sylar's role, as someone like that would be used by Xi more like Crow a-la a chaotic element instead of a definite participant. Nice Heroes reference, by the way.

Isaac will actually be underground for a tiny bit, and Luce and Ember need to finish their current test for him to awake.

The jungle group has luckily been the least active. Everyone tried to get the jeeps working and then argued about how to go forward. Fulmen and Yumi went forward and found a temple. Robert went ahead to the temple while the rest were attacked by a maniacal flying guy named Crow. He was seemingly defeated and everyone is still around the house waiting to head out.

Name: Robin SX-IV (Sikota Experiment Four)

 

Age: <1

 

Gender: Female

 

Appearence: tall and curvy. She has long, crimson red hair and yellow-green eyes. She's dressed in black capris, a red turtleneck and a black jacket-vest

 

Power: Super Fast. Super Strong. He has a pair of blue-black/blue-gray, bird wings. The feathers have healing properties.

 

Optional Bio: After seeing some of Sikota's exceptional skills. Xi promptly began a side project of replicating this worthy candidate. He was, however, unable to capture his more owl-like traits and Crow was born. Several attempts later, as was Robin. After this failure, Xi realized that he needed to gather more information and the side-project was set even further to the side. And with Sikota now dead, it has halted altogether. Now, Robin roams the island freely, not knowing what to do next.

 

I'm just having a blast with these Sikota replicas. This one would probably die at Sylar's hands but I also feel like giving Yumi a little competition over Fulmen. If you know what I mean.
