So it begins.

 

I have gathered them here. They know nothing yet. That will change soon. I wonder how they will take to each other. Time will tell. Regardless, no more time can be wasted. The Experiment must now begin. Time to wake them up...

 

"Good morning. Welcome to the next part of your life."

 

The voice rang out in all of their ears. Earpieces, firmly attached in the ears of all of them. Inside came the unnerving and unnaturally changed voice on the other end. One by one, after hearing the voice, each of the subjects began to wake. Lying on the shore of a short beach was Yumi Yuki Ai, Ember Mors, Luce Angelo, Hazimie Azhar, and Rasiel Kasaragi. The wind blew over them as they lay sprawled over the sand in close proximity to each other. Just as they had been placed. Next to the beach was a mix of jungle and swamp that went deeper into the mainland. Besides that the beach was mostly barren. A wrecked fishing boat was rusted and decaying within walking distance, but nothing more. The waves lapped up on the shore softly...

 

Miles away lay an abandoned collection of bunkers and buildings. They surrounded an airstrip. Rusted machine parts lay strewn about, and any sign of activity at the airstrip had long since faded. On the ground in the middle of the airstrip lay several more people. Ren Cabret, Neisan, Kilek North, Tsuna Sasaki, and Sikota Urinakano. Two desolate bunkers flanked the airstrip they were on, with a control tower at the end of the strip. Forest flanked the airstrip on all sides, with a single winding road leading out. The wind cut through the trees and sliced past the bunkers onto the airstrip. Only the wind and the trees provided any sound to the desolate military installation...

 

Deep in the jungle was a pair of rusted jeeps parked next to a crumbling house. The jeeps were long past functioning, and their engines were removed recently as well. The house sat surrounded by the trees with a single road leading somewhere further into the jungle. Inside the house were the four other subjects; Robert Evans, Karu Kasaragi, Fulmen Aizen, Xander Steel, and Locke Stern. Part of the roof of the house had caved in, and most of the belongings and furniture were gone. Remaining in the house were a few pots and pans, and single picture in an imaculate frame on a table in the room where the four people were laying. Silence pervaded the house...

 

On this island the Experiment is to be conducted. The island itself is only a few miles across, but its jungles, beaches, and bunkers hold long-kept secrets. These people now find themselves as part of a deadly game. They will have to get to know each other, and work together to discover what is sought from them, and in the process they must learn what they seek themselves.

 

The voice buzzed through their earpeices once more.

 

"Time to wake up. The Experiment has begun. You won't want to be asleep for this... Wake up and meet your new friends... and enemies. Wake up...

 

...the game has begun."

"That's cool." Ember said, completely relaxed. "I mean, it's believable. I have some to." Ember put out her hand, and made the air in her hand turn into a wooden ball. Then she proceeded to transform the ball into liquid, before returning it to air again. "Sort of fancy." She said. "Now what should we do? Wait for these guys to wake up? Head out by ourselves? I'm not the best decision maker." she continued. 'This is ridiculous. Why am I here? I guess the powers, but who would be able to get all of us here without drawing suspicion?' she thought to herself.

"Im gonna try and distract him, when i do, send a wall of fire, as big as you can at the two of us. Hopefully hes just fast and not teleporting. If it works he should be on the defensive instead of us" Kilek stood up, ready to charge at Sikota again. Man i hope this works, if i can just get my teeth into his legs, he'll be stopped in his tracks. He turned to Tsuna, "By the way, my name's Kilek, don't let the shark teeth scare ya" he shook his head in his mind, how was he trying to be funny now? Whatever, Kilek ran at Sikota, jaws gaping, hoping for the best

"Okay..." she said while her eyes lingered on his teeth for a second. Wall of fire huh, she muttered to herself and placed her palm on the ground. In an instant, a gush of flames  arose from the ground and raced down the track towards the two guys. The flames flickered high up in to the air and Tsuna dusted off her hand. "Oh yay, i did it. I wonder if this will even work..." Tsuna stepped away from the fire and watched Kilek and his shark teeth

Sikota sighed. He appeared before Kilek, punching him hard in the stomach. "Conception Vessel 14." He pivoted and elbowed him in the center of his back. "Governing Vessel 11. That should leave you disabled for a few seconds." As the wall of fire rushed in. his cloak blew backward and the fire dissipated around him and continued onward. He appeared in front of Tsuna, his face centimeters away from hers, his yellow eyes looking deep into her soul. He kissed her. He then jumped over and back behind her. "I shall see soon my sweet." With that he jumped backward into the unseen. 

 

With the two of them out of sight. Sikota turned before him the path somewhere else. He moved forward.

Rasiel immediately awoke at the odd voice of a microphone in her ear.

She sat up, shaking herself off like a dog.

Reaching into her pocket, she happily placed her hand on her PSP and then back on her collar with a frown.

She looked around at the others around her, biting her lip at something terrible to her anyway.

"K—Karu isn't here...Karu isn't here....Karu isn't here....Karu ISN'T here!" she said louder and louder each time.

This was HORRIBLE for her. She had never been apart from her brother and the thought of him being dead tore at her heart.

 

 

Karu soon woke up, hearing the voice. He layed there for a second.

He swore he already heard commostion breaking loose. Karu noticed Rasiel wasn't here to bug him...but knowing she would be devistated pulled his sleeve.

"Dang it Rasiel..." he whispered to himself, slightly being able to use his empathy.

She was pretty upset.

"Well I better let her know I am alive..." he sighed.

With that, Karu closed his eyes and smiled, quickly moving his index finger up then down, hacking into her collar from a distance.

 

Rasiel suddenly felt the collar around her neck shock her, however she was happy about the shock.

"Yes! Karu is alive!" she smiled.

That SOOOO did not work, Kilek thought as he once again lay on the ground. What the hell did he do to me? I cant move!

 

Kilek tried to roll or turn his head, but his body wouldnt respond. His teeth began to return to normal, his jaw shifting back to its proper place in his mouth.

Hazimie woke up at the beach who is mysteriously wondered why he was here."Damn....and here i thought i could just take a nap....looks like it was a bad choice.Then again....this could be what i was hoping for..."Hazimie said as he begins to enter the jungle to find some food.As he found some bananas at the tree that he pick by climbing,he suddenly surrounded by three Tigers."Yep,this could be a drag......oh well,time for some music of fired up..."Hazimie said as he begins to take out his music player and begins to play the music and began to use his power.

 

 

The tigers's ears was in pain and the music was hearing all over the jungle,including some areas that are far away."The more louder the sound,the more pain from your ears...."Hazimie said as he already wear headphones and the three tigers began to leave and the music has been stopped and Hazimie also began to leave the area and walk further to the jungle while eating the bananas...

Tsuna stood there stunned for a few second and then slowly wiped her face with her sleeve as she watched Sikota disappear into the trees. Weirdo, she thought as she snapped her fingers and the flames suddenly disappeared. Tsuna then walked over to Kilek and sat down next to him as he lied motionless on the ground. "Hmm. You're probably going to stay like that for the next minute or so." She said to him poking his hand. "See, you're already getting some feeling back. Oh and thanks for helping me."

Robert's eyes flung open, and he quickly got up off of the ground. He noticed four other guys standing nearby, including one with green hair. "Good, you'r up." said the green haired man (Fulmen).

 

"Uh, yeah. I guess I am. Hey, whats going on?" 

 

"I don't know. In fact, I don't think any of us do."

Xander staggered a bit still a little groggy. He could see pretty clearly now though. He was in an old abandoned house (Which looked like crap) with four guys.

[some pretty interesting looking characters.] He thought

"Hello, Everyone!! It's obvious no one has any idea what the heck is going on, or where we are."

He said looking around

" So, maybe we should start this little house warming off with role call, I'm X"

Fulmen turned to glance at the others, seeing they had all awoken.

"Oh. Seems you're all awake. Good, because perhaps we can start figuring out where we are." Fulmen said, tapping the earpiece in his right ear a couple of time. "And just so you all know, my name's Fulmen."

My mind's cleared. Yay. Fulmen thought, rotating his left shoulder a bit, trying to work out the sore feeling he had.

Hazimie arrived at the area where there is an abandoned collection of bunkers and building.Then,he saw three people (Tsuna,Sikota and Kilek) from afar."Finally.....a living people.....might as well make them busy..."Hazimie said as he begins to creates a music around them from afar while Hazimie sneaks away from them.

"Alright.....this should set things up..."Hazimie said as he wearing headphones,listening to that Music,including the whole area was hearing it by the music that he creates in order to make them startled as Hazimie approach them without being noticed...

"Could you possibly turn that down." Sikota asked appearing behind Hazimie. He had shocked look on his face. "Don't be surprised," He said, "My hears near everything, but they're also quite selective. Can't hear a thing from those headphones of yours." He continued walking along the path. "I'm asking for the sake of the others. Go ahead and do what you want. But the fiery girl's mine."

"I see......you have too,as well...."Hazimie said as he realize that he,too can use powers."Welp,this could be a drag...."Hazimie said as he mute the sounds and voice from his surroundings in order to make him confuse that he doesn't hear anything."Now then,time for counter attack.....if you can dodge,that is by having your hearings back..."Hazimie appears behind him without a sound and attack him from behind...

Sikota appeared in front of Hazimie mid-punch. He struck his wrist "Lung 7” The back of his hand "Pericardium 6" and his palm. "Heart 8" Hazimie's arm went limp, he then swung around to kick him in the side of the head.

"Hmph,i see..."Hazimie said as his body feel the pain.But he reduced the sound of the pain he's getting and he begins to feel nothing."I told you,i control the sounds,voices,and music.you can't hear anything.....you can't FEEL anything.....and i'm guessing that you can't hear about what i just said...."Hazimie said as he knew that he can't hear what he said and begins to march towards to him and attack...

It did not take them long. I suppose Sikota was more prone to violence from the beginning. Hmp. Hazimie was quick to go off on his own... this will end up interestingly. A better beginning could not be asked for.

 

Only a few more needed to wake, and I shall introduce these people the game they find themselves in.

 

 

 

 

((cdgerrity, check your fighting capabilities slightly. Be sure you give enough oppurtunity for your character's opponents to fight back.))

Neisan awoke after a long time, his head smarting. After a couple of vigorous shakes, his head cleared and he looked around. He appeared to be in some kind of military base. "Where am I? How did I get here?" Neisan looked around at the spare machine parts lying around. Hs hands itched to build. A short time later, he had two working laser blasters with attached retractable shields. The he strapped some metal plates to his body. "That ought to do it. Hopefully I'll find my armor somewhere nearby." Neisan chose a direction (down the path) and started off.

Soon enough, Kilek had gotten up, but his entire upper body was sore, "Where'd he run off to? Not that Im in a hurry to see him again" Kilek asked. He began moving his tounge around in his mouth, after a few seconds, he spat out three shark teeth.

 

Seeing the bewildered look on Tsuna's face, he explained, "Sharks are constantly growing new teeth, replace the old ones simply by pushing them out. When I change my teeth, a couple fall out" he picked one up and held it between them, as if she wants to see a spit covered tooth i just lost, Kilek thought stupidly, "Wait, can you hear...music?"

Robert pinched himself hard, to make sure this wasn't some strange dream, only to get pain in return. "Great, I'm not dreaming." he said, and looked at the four people in front of him, Fulmen, Xander, and two other guys who hadn't said their names yet.

 

"Oh, I almost forgot. My name's Robert by the way, but you can just call me Rob if you want." he told the others.

Yumi sat on the sand with her feet in the water."So,I guess my only friend is water for now." She thought and pulled her feet out of the water. 

She stood up. "Well I should maybe look for someone to team up with." She sighed.

Now she had a -short-of- plan. "Well,I'm going off to see if there are others...good luck." She said.

Neisan walked down the path. A short time later, he encountered two people fighting. One had a large cloak and was very fast. The other had headphones and was blasting sound waves. Neisan primed his cannons. He fired at the headphone-wearing person. He had decided he was part of this fight.

(Here's an update for all the character's locations at the moment. All characters listed togethr are in very close proximity: 

 

Robert Evans, Karu Kasaragi, Fulmen Aizen, Xander Steel, and Locke Stern in the house in the jungle.

 

Yumi Yuki Ai, Ember Mors, Luce Angelo (Asleep), and Rasiel Kasaragi are together at the beach.

 

Ren Cabret, Kilek North, and Tsuna Sasaki are together on the airstrip.

 

Sikota Urinakano, Hazimie Azhar, and Neisan are fighting on the outskirts of the airstrip.

 

I would advise that people get fairly aquainted with the characters nearby, as once they all wake up the main part of the RP will begin.)
