90s for sure, there were so many new things in the gaming world being done (3D for one). But every decade has great games, sucks that a lot of gamers just play things from todays selections, they're really missing out.

All up to opinion but I honestly thought the 90s were the best.

I just started watching this before. I recorded it last night. Considering I was born in the 90's and didn't get my first console (PS1) till near the end of the decade (I think), I'm going to have to say the '00s were my favourite gaming years. So many fantastic games!

The 10's are proving to be very good so far as well. Nothing truly groundbreaking, but a lot of high quality games.

Wow, this is a very hard question to answer.  You see, I think some of the greatest games in all of history came out in the 90s (Final Fantasy VI, Super Mario World, and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time), however, there were more titles that were released in the 00s that I could consider "2nd great" (Kingdom Hearts, for instance).

So, as biased as I am to the 90s games, as well as how moved I am by the three greatest games that came out in the 90s, I'm going with the 00s to have been the overall better decade in gaming.  This is because not only were three amazing titles released, but during these years so many great games were released that it was a bigger and more exciting decade to game in.

90´s. FF IV and VI, VII and IX, Legend of Zelda OOT, Resident evil (When it was resident evil) and a lot more.

The decade you grew up in.

The 90's kid inside me is telling me to vote for the 90's but I really liked the 00's as well so I think I'm going to have to go with the 00's :P that's not to say the other decades didn't have their fair share of great games I'm sure they did too :)

00's because i can still play 90's games. And as much as like retro games i think gaming as got better, Also Bioshock came out in this era so i would pick that. I think storytelling also improved alot during this era of gaming.

Agreed, this era's story telling has improved dramatically. But it's still hilarious to hear cheesy dialogue and voice acting haha

And the best Mega Man games=Snes 8D

As someone who has experienced all decades of gaming, I'd say 90's.

the best generation is the one with rumble racing

The '00s. This was the best time to play awesome games. Still games of today are good.

And the best Mega Man games=Snes 8D

ehhhh legends was awesome
