    So...is this a good or bad thing? I personally think a bad thing. People can do what they want.

    I don't see what the issue is here.  They'll grow up to be minimum wage workers and/or prostitutes because they're unsuited for larger roles in our society, so they'll stay in a place where they can cause minimum damage, out of our hair but still fulfilling a niche that helps things going.  I'd say they could also be criminals, but that gives them too much faith in their competence to pull anything off.

    Someone trap her in the library full of books and never let her out until she reads everyone of them....
