if thats the case then i would vote sora hands down. but still, disney didnt let him be in dissidia cus they didnt like the idea of their character in a fighting game, (from what i understand) so i doubt they will change their minds for smash shame but oh well at least we can get characters like quote, shovel knigh, and shantae in tho

My god, this is amazing, this needs to be a thing.

So, in the end I voted for Shantae. I never actually played her game, but to me she seems different from the cast. I saw clips of her game, so I can see a comical type of style that's put into it. Also, I want another female character to branch out to (the only one I like right now is Zero Suit Samus. The aggressive play style suits *ba dum tsss* my tastes). Plus, the developers (I'm sure like many others) are really really pushing forward to make it a thing. And, because of this, I thought she might as well get my vote.

 

A comical character should be a fun one to play as.

Probably the best amiibo yet imo. The metallic paint helps, plus it feels slightly metal to boot.

As much as I'd love to use Rayman, with the way Ubisoft acts about Nintendo, I really don't think they deserve a rep.

Shulk's not a third party character, though. Nintendo owns Monolith Soft, the company that developed Xenoblade.

Someone on Reddit decrypted the files of the recent update from Smash 4 3DS. He found some sound files that has the name Roy & Ryu.

Aw, yes! Please let Roy and also Ryu be true! Would be the best thing EVAH!!

I've heard from my friends that it might be fake. I want Sora before Ryu to be honest. Roy I don't mind.... lets just have this be Nintendo VS the entire cast of Fire Emblem and call it a day?

I highly recommend the Shantae series especially Shantae & The Pirate's Curse.....trust me you won't regret it ^_^

Pretty much some of the developers on twitter in a nutshell. Even a few who never had a game on a Nintendo system are doing this. A bunch of hypocrites if you ask me.

Super Meat Boy has been only on Xbox and Steam

 

And some other outright bizarre choices that wants the favor of their characters being in without putting the effort of putting the actual game on Wii U or 3DS

 

The only reason Solid Snake was in Brawl was because Kojima and Sakurai are friends and that's it....so they don't even have a shot

 

 

Characters like Shantae for example has more chance since she has been on Nintendo consoles since 2002 for example

 

 

Also....WTF Meat Boy's moveset would be.....he doesn't do shit in Super Meat Boy aside from running and jumping

Y'know.....Ryu makes a lot of sense though I don't know how to feel about his inclusion especially since SF5 is only on Ps4

We have WAY too many Counters by the way. Marth, Lucina, Ike, Shulk, Lucario, Greninja, Little Mac, pretty someone else has one too.
