What's to stop people stealing the books? xD

Japanese don't really think of stealing like in countries with higher crime rates.  For instance, if someone leaves their suitcase in the subway they could come back a week later and it would still be there.

 

Did you know in the 19th century, luxury cars in trains would have their own libraries?  Why can't more places do this xD
