Because we all know that this is why we keep coming back to Kingdom Hearts.  We are gluttons for punishment.  We love to get our butts whooped by characters we stand no chance against, try over and over, beat our heads against a table and whip our controllers at the walls.  And why?  Because its awesome, its challenging, and we get another funny colored key that likely isn't even worth using.

 

So here we are again, its always such a pleasure.  (remember when you tried to kill me. twice.)So the speculation begins.  Who would you like to see as a hidden boss? Please try to select characters that fit within the KH Universe.As for me?1. Sephiroth (actually trying) - we have fought him in both console games so far, only for him to brush us off like dust on his shoulders.  Wouldn't it be great to fight him at his peak?  And I mean EVERYTHING.  The epic sword battle, The Titanic Clash with Bizzaro Sephiroth, and even The One Winged Angel himself Safer Sephiroth.  Hold nothing back, make Sora want to cry for mommy.

 

2.  Taboo Sho Minamimoto - Because bosses don't get much cooler than Sho.  He is blindingly fast and doesn't flinch.  This was the boss fight i wanted in KH3D but got Julius instead.  

 

3.  Sin (FFX) - Tidus lives on Sora's island, how cool would it be to team up with him in an epic battle against the enormous beast from Spira?  Scaling the massive body, fighting the Sinspawns, hoping not to get an instant game over from a gravity attack (seriously Square wtf were you guys thinking there?).  The best part, defeating him could earn you a Brotherhood themed Keyblade.

 

4.  A single Tonberry (because why not)  -  have fun.5. Magus / Lavos / Time Devourer - I don't care which one, but the Chrono series should get a hidden boss battle at least as a shout out.

Secret bosses in Kingdom Hearts 3? I like that idea.

The hidden bosses I'd love to see:

 

1. Taboo Sho Minamimoto- Pretty much the same as what you said.

 

2. Gilgamesh- Square's been using this guy a lot lately. Heck, he was even playable in Dissidia 012. So, why not add him in as a boss for KH? He'd fit perfectly. He's always been hunting for rare and legendary swords. What's the Keyblade? A rare and legendary sword. Of course, I'd like it more if he had a similar role as in FFV where he was a recurring rival sort of character, but I wouldn't mind him as a secret boss, either.

 

3. Kefka (FFVI)- Alright, he might not be a perfect fit. I'd love to see him make some sort of an appearance though.

I thought about Kefka, but I figured he was more of a "Blow up the world, because I can" kind if villain than one who would meet you for a straight up fight.

Yeah, that's true. That's why I said he probably wouldn't fit in well... I'd still love to see him make an appearance though.

I think it'd be cool if Marluxia made a return has a hidden boss. Or maybe a super hard Chernabog. And they should have a new character that's going to be in a future kingdom hearts game has a hidden boss too.

I could totally see Golbez from FFIV also being a boss of some kind either secret or in story.

I want to see as many stupidly hard secret bosses as I can. They're what gives the game the extra value for things you can do after you beat it.

Any of the classic FF villains would be awesome. Garland, Emperor Mateus, Golbez, Exdeath, Kefka - so many possibilities. A Chrono Trigger boss would make me froth at the mouth though. Hey, how about Deadpool, just for kicks?

That thing with sephiroth.I totally agree and I never thought abouut having Sho as a secert boss but that be awesome too although i'd rather hanekoma.

Deadpool would be totally awesome,imagine Sora's reaction when they meet up,he and donald should plan to do some stuff if you know what I mean.But that my friend may never happen.I don't think Dinsey would want a character like Deadpool in kh.

i don't see the sin or chrono trigger battles happening. A Sho Minamimoto battle would be awesome  in a shibuya world

I think Kain would be a great secret boss. He's so strong that it would be ridiculously hard and that's what KH3 needs.

I could see him being in a world and thinking Sora or Riku and co are up to something bad then attacks them

While I like the idea of FF characters becoming secret bosses, I want more stuff like the Phantom or Kurt Zisa in Kingdom Hearts. Original bosses with different mechanics from the other bosses that just seem like a threat the first time you see them.
