Okay so in BBS when MX extracts Vanitas from Ven's heart Ven forgets everything until almost the end of the game. So will forget everything again when he is hopefully waken up in KH3? I mean when Vanitas was made Ven's heart was only fractured but after he defeated him his heart shattered.

No it is confirmed that when ven awakens that he will have the mental capacity of a newborn child.  He won't be able to talk, walk, let alone be a master of the keyblade.
