Context man. With these bones of info, I'd say you should straighten things out and talk to her. However, I sense there is more to this than you just called her a name or something, but more pushed buttons in vunerable places. If you wish to elaborate, I'm sure I, and many others within the community, will gladly advice and sympathise with you.

I know this thread is about me.

I seriously wonder though; Why would you glorify violence and be proud of mothers who teach their children to hate and dispise beauty and cuteness?

Did you have a really bad childhood?

I'm concerned.

Please read my post. I'm asking you a serious question here.

And maybe you should talk to a doctor about all this. :( Its really scary...

Oh I see, you want to know if you should 'punish yourself' for what you did. Answer is no, absolve yourself instead. Make up for the wrong with right, if you feel so morally obliged to. I have no idea what punishment you have in mind for yourself, but harming yourself in any way does no favors for anyone else or yourself.

Maybe this should be in a private conversation DDawn, I don't think Hazimie wants to talk about this here openly and you're more likely to get your answer in a PM.

This guy is right you know (I'm posting as i'm on my like quota).

Why would you punish yourself? You should learn from your mistake and move on for the better. Punishing yourself won't get gain you nothing, nor will the other person gain happiness seeing you punish.

Say that you actually love her,it always works in the movies

You shouldn't you accept that what you did was wrong apologise and move on self punishment solves nothing

talk to her. Not doing so is obviously not helping. You don't know what to say? Say what you feel. If you are sorry, say you are sorry. Don't try to push buttons, just say what you need to be said. I don't know if it will fix the problem you are having, but it will be out in the open (at least between you and her). Once you start dealing with it, you can start healing.

No need to punish yourself. Punishment will come in some form if it's deserved, which most of the time, it really isn't.

Depends.  Will punishing yourself solve the problem?  Chances are, no.

Fool. Punishment is always a means to an end, not a solution itself. So it won't do anything. I, for one, am not an advocate of wasting time, since punishing yourself does nothing. So no, do not "punish" yourself.

Punish yourself and guess what? The problem is still there, except now you're feeling even worse a about yourself. Go fix the problem by apologizing or doing whatever needs to be done. But self punishment won't help you or her.

Okay so, you said something that bothered someone else, and now you are upset that it bothered them. While punishing oneself can be "admirable" like others have said it will just harm you with little to no benefits to your behavior. Instead of harming yourself that way, harm yourself by going over the event and try to learn from it and make all the needed apologies. After all going over an event with a mistake in it can feel like a punishment, but it is actually be constructive if you are trying to learn from it.

Do not punish yourself, let your friend punish you.

Do not punish yourself, let your friend punish you.

First of all,i DID want to apologizes to her,but the problem is that Time was not on my side and not just that,i already trying to say the good part of the conversation between her but ended in failure and so,maybe i thought that i went too far and will punish myself, even if i talked something bad with so little mistakes.....Don't worry,it's not her fault...

And guess what?I already did it.....but not the pain at my body, but only in my heart, that's all....
