Posted July 23, 201312 yr I'd say it has to be Noel. His story and personality are great, im happy to see he's gonna be in 13-3. It sucks that im probably going to have to kill him in game though.
July 23, 201312 yr I know this is a bit of a generic answer but sazh. He has a awesome chocobo, has great motivation, is funny, and is all around a great character. I also like lightning and snow though
July 23, 201312 yr Lightning because she is my favorite FF female character. But, everyone else I love equally except for Noel. I like him a teeny bit more.
July 23, 201312 yr Noel was a blast of likable that the 13 trilogy needed, lightning was likable, so was sazh for that matter and snow to a certain degree. the problem was that the game focused to much on lightning and snow's relationship and how lightning was starting to accept him as a worthy fiance for serah, the other characters quickly became background noise, so one of the games most loved characters sazh got near to no screen time and scenes specific to his development. Then noel came along, he had development, a good personality and most of all the screen time he needed. he lightened up the series quite a bit by giving the game that new character focus it needed. i'm sad to see him have lost all moral value and conscience in ff lr but sadly i think his development makes sense, he did kill both the most important person in his life at that time and doom the universe after all.
July 23, 201312 yr Author but he's the main character of FF13! LOL. This made my day. Zack Ferron, the first gay FF protagonist in all the FF games.
July 23, 201312 yr Probably Lightning,Serah and Sazh. And maybe Fang too Lightning because she's a badass character without giving her oversized boobs(a.k.a Tifa) or revealing clothes(a.k.a Rikku).....I know you can change her clothing in LRFFXIII but I meant in past two games Serah, because she actually managed to take care of herself without endless bitching(LOOKING AT YOU HOPE) And Sazh just because he's awesome I wanted to include Snow ....until they decide to throw everything I liked about him out of the window in his LRFFXIII appearance. I would've liked Hope if he didn't PISSED ME OFF SOOO MUCH FOR 7 CHAPTERS. Noel was good, but again why does he have to kill Lightning???? That's the exact opposite of what Serah wanted him to do. Hey Snow,Noel...you know what Serah actually wanted from you both??? To help her sister NOT TO BEAT THE SHIT OUTTA HER Edited July 23, 201312 yr by Metal Snake

Hey Snow,Noel...you know what Serah actually wanted from you both??? To help her sister NOT TO BEAT THE SHIT OUTTA HER I agree with what you said. The only reason Hope was like that is because, A ) He's a freaking TEENAGER, and they're always angsty as f**k. B ) His mom JUST DIED and he thought SNOW killed her. C ) His dad seemed to be a douche to him before the story of FF XIII happened. At least in XIII-2, he's not like that. The real reason Noel is trying to kill Lightning, is because he got infected with Chaos. That's been confirmed. He's corrupted, and thus he's become completely cold hearted, and is the way he is now. It probably screwed him up in the head, so he's following the prophecy. If it wasn't for that, i'm sure he'd probably be like "SCREW THE PROPHECY IM HELPING LIGHTNING" but no. Not to mention, he probably also blames her for sending him on the journey that got Serah killed, and ended with him firetrucking up the world by killing Etro. Even if it was all Caius's fault. I'm sure Lightning will probably convince at least Snow to help her because thats what Serah would've wanted. I don't know about Noel, but maybe if they find Yeul, she could convince him to help Lightning too. I believe that in the end, the whole cast of the original XIII, plus Noel, will eventually band together once again, and put aside their differences, to defeat whoever the main villain is.

I almost forgot about the Prophecy, but it hasn't been clear what kind of prophecy Noel is talking about. However, what matters to me is Snow,I know he's sad because of Serah's death, but again why would attack her only remaining family that is obviously helping the human souls....and why he has become a king??? I heard that a group of people elected him as their king...but what bothers me is when he says"If I die, will I be able to see you again" I just don't like that line

However, what matters to me is Snow,I know he's sad because of Serah's death, but again why would attack her only remaining family that is obviously helping the human souls....and why he has become a king??? I heard that a group of people elected him as their king...but what bothers me is when he says"If I die, will I be able to see you again" I just don't like that line Its a prophecy most likely from the Oracle Drive. In the E3 trailer, it shows that Oracle Drives are still around, so he probably looked through it shortly after the ending of XIII-2, to see if there was still any hope for the future, and saw the prophecies of Lightning Returning(see what i did there?) and the "Savior" destroying the world. That's the REAL REASON Noel wants to kill Lightning, he thinks she's gonna destroy the world and that he's the hero in the prophecy who will stop her. So it makes sense. I don't know why Snow has completely turned against Lightning though. At least Noel has a legitimate reason, thinking she'll do it, since the prophecies always come true, but Snow....Just, i don't know. I mean: 1. She's Serah's remaining family, you'd think he wouldn't try to kill her. 2. THEY HAD A WHOLE JOURNEY TOGETHER(With Fang, Vanille, Hope and Sazh) AND BONDED IN XIII. Lightning lost her animosity for Snow because of that, and he justs throws that all away like it meant nothing to him to start with. Also they elected Snow as the Mayor(Not King) of Yusaan, because it turns out from the E3 Demo as Hope states, "Snow just tried going around helping people, and then they just elected him Mayor by popular demand." And the reason he says that, is because he misses Serah deeply. You can tell, Serah and Snow had TRUE Love. And then thanks to the gods and Caius, Serah died, and Snow couldn't save her. He feels like how Spider-Man did when he couldn't save Gwen. He misses her, and because people don't die naturally, unless he gets killed or commits suicide, he'll never see Serah again. But what's worse is that, SNOW IS STILL A L'CIE AFTER 500 YEARS. His brand looks like it advanced to the final stage. If something doesn't happen for him to use his free will to stop it from advancing(like Fang did in the original game) he's gonna become a Cieth, and it'll be over for him. But why do you hate that line? It makes sense for him to say that.
July 24, 201312 yr lol no Fang love ?!?!?! Fang is my favorite. Sazh, too. Sometimes Lightning. Edited July 24, 201312 yr by _The Door To Light_
July 24, 201312 yr Fang is my favorite. Sazh, too. Sometimes Lightning. that chocobo that's always with sazh in FFXIII
July 24, 201312 yr I hated Hope at first but by the end of XIII I started to like him and in XIII-2 he was my fave! But after Hope it's Lightning.
July 24, 201312 yr Why is everyone choosing Lightning? She's a bitch, she always hits all other party members for no reason all the time.
July 24, 201312 yr Author Why is everyone choosing Lightning? She's a bitch, she always hits all other party members for no reason all the time. You havent played all of XIII have you? She is only bitching at the start because of what happened to Serah and all the shit that happened to them. She got better over the course of the game, and by the end she learned to be more friendly and everything. She's the same in XIII-2 and LR FF XIII from what we can see. Besides, SHE'S BADASS.
July 26, 201312 yr Either Sazh, Fang, or Noel. Lightning seems to become more shallow as each game comes out, and I found Snow, Serah, Hope, and Vanille all annoying (though Vanille was a bit more bearable than the rest since there was a reason she acted so energetic).
