Hey guys! It's been a long summer but as of today, I'm happy to announce I've lost 30 pounds. I vowed to lose 30 pounds by the time school starts back up (Aug 28) and I did (3 days early might I add)! I'm very proud of myself and while I have been reaching out to friends and family through Facebook and Twitter, I felt I should extend the message to my KH family.

 

Anyway, this is just the beginning! I hope to lose another 30 pounds by the end of the year. So hopefully by 2014, I will have made it and reached my goal. Wish me luck

Major gym time. Once you get over the awkwardness, you really get into it. That and pickles, diet soda, water, and gum become part of your diet lol

What weight are you currently now? I got into a bit of cardio since i got a tiny bit chubby again and wanted to return to being slim . Lost 7 pounds over the course of 3 days.

Well... I was 230, I am now 199.6 and by 2014 hope to be 170. (Also, I'm 5'11 and male incase that gives you a clearer picture.)
