What do you think would be the best way/fastest way to get Platinum Trophy?

Posted

As the Topic title suggest, what would be the best way and fastest way to get the platinum in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix?

I am a kind of player who in the first playthrough of any game want to enjoy the game and not worry about trophies that much. So keeping this in mind what do you guys recommend?

I was thinking starting the game on Beginner first and getting to level 100, defeating all the secret bosses, without changing equipment, not using the continue option and getting all those time consuming trophies? Then playing on Normal difficulty and completing the game in 15 hours.. and then on the last playthrough on Proud just completing the game?

Obviously I have started thinking about it just now and I would like everyone's opinions and recommendations about it.

Fool. Do a speed run on beginner without changing any equipment or using continue. Then go on proud and do everything else. Or after you beat it on beginner and you get the trophies, load the file and get everything on that. Then do a run through on proud.

Speed Run on Beginner to get all of the keyhole trophies, no continue trophy, no armor changing trophy, beginner completion trophy. Then proud for secret bosses (as I love a challenge), all synthesis, Sora level 100, Munny, All keyblades, shields, and staves.Dunno if I missed anything else, but yeah, trophies are plenty easy to come by.

I went through the list and put them all into categories, to get all trophies in KH1FM would have taken 2 playthroughs, unless "clear Final Mix" is specific to the standard difficulty instead of just finishing it period.  Then it'd take 3.

I think "Clear Final Mix" means completing the game on Standard difficulty but I've been hearing this all the time that you do have to play through the game a minimum of 3 times.

Fool. Do the difficulty trophies not stack?

Nope they don't.

Nope they don't.

Fool. Sneaky sneaky Square Enix. That's a little ridiculous though. Hey, you beat Proud mode. But we're not sure if you qualify for the Normal trophy.

Hahahaha so true!! Now we can't even say if they will stack the trophies through an update in the future because they didn't do it for Japanese version even.

No HD collections get updates (Unless it is pretty bad like the silent hill got a day 1 update for patches and fixes)....

So anyway this is what I think how I would go for the platinum:

Starting the Game on Proud choosing shield and fast level up at the start and if I want to I can go to defeat all the secret bosses.

Then play on normal and getting to level 100 by choosing to level faster at the end and doing all the synthesis and getting all the keyblades. And if I didn't choose to defeat the secret bosses on Proud then I would do it in this playthrough.

Lastly on Beginner completing the game in 15 hours, without changing equipment and not pressing the continue button.

Think this makes more sense after reading the comments above. Opinions?

I would speed run on beginner mode.

Yeah well you are right. It makes sense to speed run on beginner.

i rather do the hard stuff and get it over then do the easy trophies thats the best way ill go :)
